    I purchased a washer machine in April 2024. It broke months later (under warranty). I paid for an upgraded machine (total of $532). Broke again a few weeks later. Company replaced it with a machine that wasn't 100% operable. Repaired and returned old machine. Broke again weeks later. The company is now blaming me for the machine continuously breaking instead of finding a real solution. When speaking with ******* he wanted me to pick up the washer myself after I already paid for delivery and they had the machine for days after picking up. He didn't even offer a replacement as an option. The warranty states that all sales are final. However after numerous failed attempts to repair. I feel as if I should be compensated for the inconvenience and poor professionalism from this business. Its the holidays I've been waiting 5 days for a new machine after being blamed for the broken machine

    We understand the customer's frustration, however at this time they are not entitled to compensation due to breach of contract and all sales being final.  According to our warranty that is attached we do not cover commercial use of our appliances.  After about the third time the washer was repaired the customer paid for the delivery fee so we can pick the washer up for repair, it was at this time we discovered the washer was located at some sort of training facility.  Our appliances are intended for residential use and not commercial use.  We informed the customer of this and against normal protocol and good faith we repaired the washer again, at one point swapping the washer with a different one.  In over 20 years in business never have we had a washer suspension break 3 times within a year or even within a month of being replaced.  The customer was aggressive, demanding we stop our business to repair the washer the day day and even threatening our employees.  Despite this negative interaction we held up our end of the agreement and repaired the washer.   The customer is in possession of the washer and is not entitled to compensation per our warranty clearly states that all sales are final.
