Beware - I repeatedly tried to ask customer service representatives ************************ to come out and meet me at my address to go over my system and requirements with me since non-speaking ************ for installation day and was unable to talk to me effectively on a level of understanding. I requested a manager and was able to set up a phone call which was set up at 5:00 PM 11/10/23 with ***********************************. The phone conversation I thought went well but anything after that there has been nothing done, no response, and ignored completely. From day one I had a complaint about the structural feet and plates that they attached to my brand-new roof. It looks hideous. My neighbor across the street whom I based my decision, doesnt even look close to what plates were screwed into my brand-new roof. Everyone has refused to deal with my questions, my requests, and refused to come meet with me. As of the date of this formal complaint, no one has reached out to me regarding any of my requests. For the month of March, no usage was even generated (shows flat line) for that whole month. This Enphase App keeps track of my daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly usage of Solar Energy. I reported the issue to Enphase Energy 4/9/24, a ticket was created, and no response after with several communications. Still no response 6/20/24.Overall, I continue to remain very unhappy, scared, and very concerned that Ive been misled by these adjoining companies: (Solaria Energy Solutions), (Sunnova Energy Corporations) and (Enphase Energy) of the service I would receive for the next 25 years? of WHAT I HAVE INVESTED IN? They refuse to service me now! What about the upcoming 25 years? There are so many negative actions and promises not kept that have happened that there is no way I could include all of them in this review, but I do have a timeline of extenuating events.

******, at the point of sale your comsumption was ****** kwh per year and your system was properly sized, and it is currently producing ****** kWh (you can monitor this in your Enphase app). Unfortunately you are consuming more now than what you were consuming at the point of sale. We will be happy to revisit your current use and add more panels to offset your new usage.Regarding the tax credits, our contract is very explicit stating that Solaria is not an accountant nor we can give any tax advice. We encourage you to check with your CPA regarding any tax benefits, since everyone's tax situation is different.The complete design was showed to you prior to install, and there was nothing brought up to our attention regarding any disagreement with the final layout. All of our designs are done to maximize the production of the system.This is the first time that we hear from you (we don't have any messages, voicemails, emails, or any other type of communication from you regarding any service call needed). However, we will keep honoring your warranty for 25 years as per our contract.

Interviewed a few companies. Decided to go with solaria. They have over 10k installs. Best price and they did a fantastic job.

The worst solar company that can exist and they make us refer people promising that they will pay and they never pay and on top of that the service is not provided and they always lie.

We had a great experience with Solaria. ******* came to our house and made the process easy. No pressure, no false claims! They installed our panels in a few weeks. Happy with the service.

My name is Jaime *********, this company is very irresponsible, they installed the panels system in may (2022). The bank paid them and they have not finished installing and connecting the panels, they are scammers I do not recommend them

Mr. Jaime *********, after your system was installed and inspected, the county required a shut down on the system so we could perform the portion of the work that the inspector had requested. When we tried to schedule this shut down with your power provider (FPL), they are only available in March of 2023. At this point we are at the mercy of FPL since they are the only ones who can do the shut down of your system. We are trying to see if they have any availability sooner, but at this point it doesn't look like it.
