    Absolutely the worst customer service. I placed an order on 9/01/23 for 3 items that showed in stock. Three weeks went by and I hadn't received shipping notification so I contacted them to inquire about my order and told me that one item is no longer available, so they put my order in backorder queue. I gave a replacement and was told the entire order would ship in a couple of days. Another week went by without shipping notification so I contacted them again. Now they tell me one of the items is a Pre-Sale due on 10/16 (that was not true, it was showing in stock on their site). On 10/16 they emailed me and said that the pre-sale came in and they were sorting the order and would ship in 4 days. A week went by and still no shipping notification, so I contacted them again. Now they tell me that they don't have my size on the item that was supposedly a pre-sale and just came in, and asked me if l would take another size. I told them absolutely not and asked for a managers name & number. Of course, I haven't received any response. Two emails requesting that information and one phone call and still no response at all. I emailed again and requested a refund and told them that I would file a dispute and report them to the BBB if I do not receive the refund. No response to the email. I sent a second email request the refund and still no response. After 10 weeks and all communication has stopped, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I'm very upset as I was really looking forward to receiving this merchandise from my favorite band. Thankfully I heard they are stopping business with District Lines, but it's too late for me. Stay very clear of this company. Terrible customer service and I would give them zero stars if I could!

    Horrible company to deal with when purchasing merchandise. I pre-ordered 3 items from one of my favorite singer's website on August 3rd. I pre-ordered the items and contacted them on 9/21 to find out when things would get sent out. I was told they would send items out around 9/22. I contacted them again on 10/2 and still no news on my items. They replied back sawying that the orders were delayed and that they were in the process of shipping items and was told my items should ship out in a few days. A week later I contacted them because I heard crickets. They replied that there was a delay because one of my items was out of stock. It was the first time I had heard that they were out of stock. It is totally bogus because they were not out of stock when I ordered them 2 months prior. They refunded me for the one item. Then 2 weeks later I contacted them yet again and they said the remaining 2 items were being shipped out. My package finally arrives on 10/26 (even though I was supposed to receive these around 9/23), and the items are incorrect plus it only had 1 of the 2 items I had purchased. I contacted them yet again and they apologized but the items I was waiting for were out of stock. This tells me that they do not fulfill their orders in the order that they were purchased. As someone that pre-ordered them my order should have been processed before people that ordered in September or Octoboer. They refunded me for the one item and were going to resend the final item I had purchased. Today I finally received one of the three items that I had ordered. I will never order from this business again and it is not fair for the artist that I am trying to support. This company is totally incompetent and does not care about their customers. I should not have had to contact them 6 times and not receive what I had ordered well before other customers.

    I placed an order two months ago for expensive sweatpants. They never shipped it out, never emailed me, nothing. I finally contacted them and was told it's out of stock now. I was really looking forward to that merch. Thanks for stealing my money and never delivering the product! Scummy. Also, fun fact, Machine Girl was selling his merch for way more on tour than online. $50 for the same hat on tour, and then $30 online when the tour ends. He gouged the people attending concerts. Meanwhile, Death Grips sold their hoodies for $25 each on tour. Fix yourselves!
