Important information
- Additional Info:BBB advises extreme caution based on our review. Resort Title Solutions contacts consumers claiming to have a buyer for their timeshare. Resort Title Solutions is not registered as a business with the State of Florida and BBB found no business tax receipt with Orange County. BBB found no telemarketing license or real estate license for the business. The S. Orange Ave. address is a multi-story office building, but the company does not include a suite number on its documents.
When reviewing the company's agreement only the "buyers" name "Lisa Baker" is provided. The company's failure provide the buyer's address for "privacy reasons" is questionable since it does not allow the seller to verify the legitimacy of the offer.
If the "sale" falls through it is unlikely that you will get a refund.
