    This company will only do the right thing when forced to! The rear liner I received for my truck never formed correctly on one side, creating a tripping hazard for anyone exiting the backseat. I followed all installation instructions and even found on my own, to leave it in sunlight. Which did not rectify the issue. I contacted the company roughly 2 weeks after delivery to let them know the problems I was having. Through a never ending series of emails and requests, I was eventually denied any assistance because, our conversation ran past 30 days. (31 day to be exact) and they could not replace the liner due to the timeframe (1 day) and condition of the liner. The liner is brand new. Might have been some dirt on it. Either way, I have a valid warranty claim. What does the condition matter? Are they repackaging defects and selling them? I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and left reviews everywhere I could. Their last communication to me was to let me know theyre doing ME a favor by giving me a one time courtesy and replacing it. NO. youre replacing YOUR faulty product. Only favor youre doing is for yourself by keeping my money. Because of course now that theyre complying NFCU will close my dispute. The two womens names was dealing with is ******** and APRIL. Both lacked problem solving abilities, empathy, and should have escalated to their management before things got out of hand. Now they lost a customer forever and have to deal with the negative reviews and BBB complaint. Why? Because they have an ego to maintain that theyre perfect. And apparently their useless CSRs are rewarded for every warranty claim they deny, or exchange timeframe they run out. Stick with a true American company, Wheathertech, that doesnt take advantage of their customers.

    *** bought several of their cargo mats over the years. If they fit, they are good mats. I just purchased another one and when it arrived, found it didnt fit my car.Ill make a long story short. Regardless of what their website says, assume that their true return policy is NO RETURNS!My policy with companies like this is NO FUTURE BUSINES!

    Horrific customer service. Their webpage for Exchange and Returns does not mention any charge for returns. Its only mentioned in FAQ. A reasonable customer would only look under the Exchange and Return page for charges, and non are listed there. I did take screen shots as proof. Plus ******* stated its only $30.00 and you already spent almost $300.

    Worst customer service ever! They shipped the wrong item and now want me to pay to ship the wrong item back to them so they can send me the right one. I will always use weatherteach instead, this is a terrible company. Please be aware.

    Ordered a package deal product consisting of 3 floor liners, a complete set for my **** Kia ********** which are supposed to be custom fit for my specific vehicle. I paid full price, $142.03 for this product. The drivers side floor liner does not fit. The hard rigid floor liner covers the gas pedal and is unsafe. They admitted that the wrong product was shipped to me. They want to "meet me 1/2 way" in regard to cost to fix this issue. They pay for the ***** label and I pay to transport to *****. I explained to them that I live **** miles from the nearest ***** (rural *******) and that I do not have time or money to incur this cost. They refuse to ship me the correct product I paid for unless I incur this expense. There is no credit or discount available if incur this expense. Their customer service representatives are rude and disrespectful. It has been 1 month and 4 days since I purchased the product and still do not have the full set I paid for. I told them I want a full refund and that I would ship all current products back to them, they refused and insisted that their police would only allow a partial refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the owner of the company would be the only other person available to speak to. At first, this manager said she was going to try and contact the company owner for me. Then later in the conversation she backtracked on this request and said she was no longer willing to reach out to the owner, saying that they have given me the ************ available to me. I believe she backtracked on her ability to help me by contacting the owner out of spite after expressing my disappointment in the customer service I received. In summary, I cannot receive my correct product unless I incur extra expense and I they refused a refund by sending all of their products back.
