    On or around June 16 I signed up for a free trial for the website Solutioninn.com. there was no charge for this free trail mentioned. The next day I returned to the site to cancel the membership so I wouldn't forget, and the site offered me a free trail so I accepted the offer and also found they were offering a book for free ($0.00) so I went through to "purchase" the free book. Only to find that I was charged $9.99 for the original "free trail" then $14.99 for the extended free trail and 7.00 for the book that was charged through my PayPal account that was required ******* sign up. I had no notice that I was going be changed this. I have since made two attempts to reach out to the company to get at least a partial refund as I do not want the book (which has not been shipped yet) nor do I want the "extended free trail.I have not yet been able to cancel my membership as it says I need to pay me remaining book dues, which was marked as free, and I have no way of cancelling on my end.I also feel this company need to make it clearer when they are going to charge someone any amount of money.

    Hi! I'm not sure how this company, Solutioninn, got my debit card information, but I did not agree to pay for whatever service is being offered for $36.99 that was charged to my card on 06-22-2024. This has put me in a scary financial position as I am in need of all of my funds to cover my monthly bills. I tried to deactivate whatever account there is and contact someone about a refund, but there no working phone numbers. Please help as this incredibly frustrating and fraudulent by solutioninn.

    This company is fraudulent. I had never even visited this website until the fraud department of my bank called on 4/13/24 about suspicious activity on my debit card. It was SolutionInn trying to charge my card. I dont know how they got my card information as I had never even visited their website before and dont use my debit card on websites.

    On November 7th, I received a charge for $36.99 and went to find out what happened. Instead of canceling like I thought i had completed, a 3 month pause was placed. I was unaware of this and did not notice until the charge for 3 months came in. I reached out to the company who replied with "JK" so I filed a charge back since I thought I canceled. They emailed me back stating that I would need to wait for the chargeback to be settled, but then emailed the chargeback stating that I purchased the 3 month membership. They replied with my IP address and requesting my mailing address. I did request to cancel this next time and went through at least 6 screens of deals, offers, and requests to stay. No wonder there was some confusion on cancelation and that other people have had the same issue. I will be dropping this request for a chargeback because I do not want this company to have any more of my information.

    I got a three month subscription with Solutioninn. Cancelled successfully and logged back in at a later day for the time I had already paid for. When I logged back in it restarted the auto renewal. I attempted a 2nd time to cancel, not sure what happened and why it didn't go through. Before you can cancel you have to provide an email that isn't yours which I think should be illegal if it isn't. I notified them the day I noticed the charge by email. Every phone number I have tried for them doesn't work. Below is the email they sent me: Hello From SolutionInn, Thanks for reaching out to us over this matter. We have reviewed your account and noted that you reactivated the 3-month membership on July 08, 2023. After that, you initiated a cancellation request. We sent you a final step email on August 15, 2023, but you haven't completed the entire cancellation process yet, and your membership is still active. You didn't reach out to us regarding cancellation prior to this. Now, we have canceled the membership, and you will not be charged again in the future. Since you continued to use our service during this membership period, a refund is not possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regards, Solution Inn Team Customer Support As of now I have contacted my credit card company, and they are investigating. They told me I would more likely have to pay. They see this happen all the time.

    I am glad I am getting my money back. If I understand correctly I cancelled my renewal correctly the first time, but when I logged back in it started back again, in the allotted time period I pad for. Your web-sight in my opinion purposely makes it hard and confusing to close or stop the auto renewal. I don't care what your terms say you are entrapping customers and purposely stealing from them and hiding it on a technicality. When I logged back in for a time period I paid for in advance and after I had canceled my subscription there should have been NO auto renewal re-instated when I logged back in. Also I should not have to provide anybody else's email for me to stop down my subscription/auto renewal. I hope a class action lawsuit is brought against your company! I caught the mistake the day of, and notified your business of the charge, and you all were like "No, look at our terms and conditions." Any reasonable business would have refunded me the money immediately! I had go to the extreme to get my money back. I will never use your site again!!! This business is an immoral business if I have ever seen one.

    On 09/27/2023 I applied for a free 1-month subscription for Solution Inn. On their website, they advertise free books for members using phrases like "100% discount", "free shipping", and at checkout, they clearly mark a $0.00 purchase fee and require payment data. I believed this to be too good to be true and initially thought they would send me a pdf and later received the hardcover book on 10/2/2023 which I had thought may be a rental situation. I have information attached in "Solution inn book url", "Solution inn free textbook", "Solution inn free textbook 1", and "Solution inn free textbook 2". The advertising can be misleading and they have a "free book" policy in a separate URL that was not listed anywhere on this main book page as of this posting. I have this attached in "Solution inn book policy". I only found out about this after I tried to cancel my membership to find that I would be charged for the book in what they call a price book recovery checkout. I have this attached in "price book recovery checkout". I initially sent a few email messages for clarification and then for a return request. I later found that this company is very poorly rated on the BBB and I am now taking extra precautions to document transactions and communication Lastly attached is the most recent message I've sent them along with the automatic response to it. It is the file "Solution inn message and automated response". The purpose of this complaint is to properly document initial communications and transactions with Solution Inn and to ensure prompt response from the Solution Inn team to avoid future charges on my account.

    The advertising page only made mentions of the free book policy at the very bottom in the far section. To reach the page, you would need to go to the very bottom into terms and services and then within the terms and services page you would click free book policy to then link you to another page with the policy. This policy should very clearly be stated on the webpage advertising the free book.

    Registered with card for free 7 day trial on August 23rd, 2023. Initiated cancelation of trial on August 24th. Tried multiple times to cancel during trial period and am not able to cancel. No response from their help desk or Support channels. Provides false advertising for trial period, as I was charged $14.99 on August 29th at 3:03 AM, and their phone line doesn't work / is not connected. The only way for me to cancel is to pay a $6.00 return fee for the book, but I cannot trust that they won't continuously charge me due to their lack of communication on the website and via their helpdesk. I will be contacting my financial institutions and the Attorney General's office in the next 3 to 5 business days if this issue is not rectified.

    The complainer signed up for trial membership on the 28th December 2022. The complainer then asked to cancel the membership.

    We responded her on the same date and offered her 1-month free membership so her experience our site can be revised. After that, we didn't hear from her until 6th January 2023.
