  I purchased a car from this dealership on 02/24/2022. I drove from GA to Orlando to pick up the car. Completed the transaction, test drove the car and headed back home not even an HR down the highway the car cut off in the middle of the highway with on coming traffic. I them called the dealer and requested my money back but he insisted there was nothing wrong with the car and cursed me out stating I was lying. I had my husband drive to a Walmart in the other vehicle to have it towed back home do to it was such an intense situation. This dealer is a swindler and liar!!! I know we have 72 hrs to request our money back and I did the same day! The dealer needs to be jailed for FRAUD!!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK!!!

  Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/12) */ Good Afternoon 1 I don't use indecent language Mis ************** buy a 2009 Dodge Charger on 02 24 2022 around 1pm The vehicle clearly state Sold AS IS and will be towed buy buyer to there location Mis ************** have original copies I attach the bill of sale and odometer disclosure statement as proof of sale and original title Mis ************** came with her mechanic inspected the vehicle and all was good with the mechanic and her so they buy the vehicle We then close the sale and i leave for the bank to deposit the money that was paid to me. when i came back to the dealership they were gone Later that afternoon mis ************** call me and said the vehicle cut off while driving i ask where are you she said over an hour away she said the mechanic said it not running and he's checking the vehicle I said to her you buy the vehicle AS IS and it's your responsibility to get the vehicle to your home Then she get very loud yelling and demanding for me to go and meet with her and i said i can't go to you Then i didn't hear back from her until the next day in the afternoon she said she towed the vehicle home I didn't remember i have a Dealers license plate on the vehicle she told me few days later she have my dealer license plate and not going to return it and she is going to take me to Court for a refund I never hear back from her So i file a police report for lost replacement license plate and replacement Please feel free to call me anytime Cell 407 202 2363 For any INFO Thanks very much Andrew K***** If you don't get the the attachment Pictures please let me know thanks again Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/04/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No that is a lie I drove to test drive the car and everything was good until I got on the highway to go home he told me that everything is good no problem told me sold as is when I had given him the money and I signed the paperwork but also said the car had no problems and was running when I paid for the car I drove with my family to get this car working I have all my emails and everything saying this 2009 Charger works with no problem he told me that he was not responsible if I got pulled over because I didn't have insurance to get a tag he left before I even pulled out of the place I was there for a minute he didn't show back up or anything I called him once I broke down and he said check the battery didn't you come with your mechanic so I asked could he meet me where I broke down at and he said oh ok you already an hour away from me so I had to pay for the car to get towed to GA where I live after he told me to do what I have to do I paid for it so the rest was on me Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/05/02) */ I stand by my first and initial response And I'm hopping to see this case solved For any other information needed Please contact me directly Cell 407-202-2363 Thanks very much Andrew K***** Consumer Response /* (3000, 25, 2022/05/16) */ He have cameras on his property where it shows everything he did the paperwork one time and then after I paid him he made another paperwork saying sold as is he told me that everything was working great no issues with the car I don't think I would have drove all them hours to pay my money for a car that wasn't working and then having to spend more money to have the car towed hours back after he said no he wasn't coming to see about the car because it was my problem now and that I had my mechanic test drive it and look at it
