If up to me I want even leave them a star. I think this company are a bunch of scammers. Since I got my car from them been having problems. Doing a test drive the car give problems, but the so called fix it when I bring the car back. When I drove off the lot and got way in ************** the car shut off on me. Mind you also my ac didnt work and we now in February and they said they was gonna fix it. I just took my car to a mechanic I found out I have a bad oil leak. So I have to get oil pan gasket, front crankshaft valve and pct valve done as well. Stay away from this company they are scammers for sure.Review from Ramar H

Week of 2024 Christmas, my kids and I traveled to ******* fla. My ram broke down and finding a rental was impossible. I thought I did the next best thing by just purchasing another. I paid $28,000.00 cash and left the remaining balance to finance so I could get warranty on truck. For 2 weeks I've called about every day about tag and registration.( tag expire on the 25th [2days from now] and as I reached out to them today again I was given run around. From beginning I paid up front for taxes, ( which i know learned i paid over state tax) also learned that my paperwork that I filled out is now in someone's else hand writing. After contacting lawyer I also learned that thru the **** ACT all they done was fraud. Upon recording in which I informed personal that call is being recorded i was told that manager would give me a call in 15 min. Call never came. Now as of this moment I have a lil over $29,000.00 i to a truck with no paperwork to get tag or registration. I've demanded my 2nd key, tag and registration, and title to truck. Still no reply and I have all text messages and recordings. To anyone looking to buy or finance a vehicle DO NOT go there.Review from Melissa B

I purchased a car from **************** and had a terrible experience.Unfortunately, the ******** experienced persistent mechanical problems since I acquired it.Despite bringing the vehicle to VIP Auto on multiple occasions, I was given inconsistent information and a lack of proper resolution. Specifically, I returned to VIP four times seeking assistance with the same recurring issues. Each time, I was provided with a temporary or incomplete solution, which ultimately led to the engine suffering a catastrophic failure , which could have potentially ignited a fire and posed a severe risk to Me and my sons safety .I would not recommend this place ! This series of events has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and frustration. It is evident that the vehicle was not in proper working condition at the time of sale.Review from Jayo S

The cars are s*** ******+ miles for $20-30,000.... High down payments and sketchy contracts .. decided I didn't want the vehicle after 2weeks of s***** driving and engine lights and was told I can't get back my $5000 down payment cause the contract was denied by the bank... Put they still processed payments out my account knowing that the car was a nogo... Still promised money back once turned in to only get their and be ambushed by the office for the keys for the vehicle and multiple fake reasons was given as why our refund was not honored... We was threatened and called stupid and even left stranded when the forcibly removed the car from our possession and told if we don't leave we will be trespassed and that they have good lawyers and they will see us in court while laughing in our faces... I highly recommend you stay away from this place with your hard earned moneyReview from Ronald P

They lied about a car deal and I drove for two and a half hours from Frost proof, Fl. They called me numerous times but when I arrived The caller was not there and according to the manager is a home worker named ****** and they could not honor the deal he made. The entire sales staff was evasive and unconcerned about the deal and my wasted time and gas.

ZERO stars !!! AVOID this dealership at all costs! BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. When purchasing the car on 11.11.23, I explained it was for my young 2 daughters (16 yrds old) & Anthony assured the car was safe & reliable & would not sell us a car that wasn't. WHAT A LIE !!!! Only but a few days later, the engine light has been on since & the car is wobbly & keeps shutting off while in drive mode IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. So is that what you call safe, Anthony?????? Have had to have the car towed twice already. Aside from that, they screwed up the registration & plate process & took ZERO accountabilty. Did I say, ZERO, I mean ZERO accountabilty & when i told them I want to return the car back & get my money back, they said we do not do returns on cars. All sales are final. Of course it wuld be the way they do business becasuse they know they are not out for anyones safety or satisfaction, but their own. What type of Bullshit is that from a "so called" dealership. Basically Im screwed with a joke of a car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY, TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ONLY ADVICE, I CAN GIVE IS RUN & SAVE YOUR MONEY !!Review from Bryan B

Spend your money somewhere else and avoid salesman ANTHONY. After a few days of buying the truck, engine started knocking, have abs issues, has transmission issues, ac leaks freon bad now don’t blow cold and has fuel issues now truck won’t start. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere where they are honest salesman ANTHONY bigest lier! He seems nice but he is not. ALL THESE PEOPLE CARE IS ABOUT THE MONEY, THEY DON’T GIVE ** * about you!Review from Yassmine O
