ON 4/6/22 MANAGER NAT AND CREW KNOCKED ON MY DOOR GAVE ME THEIR SPEEL....I FELT VERY RUSHED INTO SAYING OKAY......MANAGER NAT EVEN FOLLOWED ME TO THE BANK WHEN I WENT TO GET THE 4500.... I GOT MY MANUFACTURED HOME STATEMENT RECENTLY AND MY NORMALLY 20 WATER SEWAGE BILL. INCREASED TO 120 ......I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK....I GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY OFFICE MANAGER..... AND THE METER WAS CHECKED 9000 GALLONS OF WATER IN A MERE MONTH...WHEN NORMALLY MY MONTHLY USE HAS BEEN UNDER 1000....THEY CHECKED THE METER AND SAID IT WAS MOVING VERY VERY QUICKLY THAT MEANT THERE HAD TO BE A LEAK SOMEWHERE... I TRIED GETTING IN TOUCH WITH MANAGER NAT FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS WITH NO CALL BACK FROM HIM..... I WANT THE SYSTEM TOTALLY REMOVED IMMEDIATELY AND SOME FORM OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE 4500 CASH I GAVE HIM ON 4/6/22....... **********************************************************Customer response

ON 4/6/22 THIS MAN CAME TO MY DOOR AND QUICKLY '
PRESSURED ME INTO THIS WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM. _I DID .
NOT EVEN HAVE A CHANCE TO CHECK THE REPUTABLENESS
OF HIM AND HIS COMPANY.
MY NORMAL SEWER WATER USAGE PER MONTH HAS ALWAYS
BEEN UNDER $25 ON 6/1/22 I ALMOST HAD A HEARTATTACK
WHEN I SAW A $100 INCREASE OF THIS WITH 9000 GALLONS OF
WATER USED IN A MERE MONTH INSTEAD OF MY USUAL 1000
GALLONS PER MONTH.
I QUICKLY INFORMED MY TOWN AND COUNTRY OFFICE MANAGER

this man is a *****.....my normally 25 dollar water sewage bill skyrocketed toe 135 in a mere 60 days....my property maintenance mans son ******* had to fix the main pipe they broke...install a new water gauge and reroute all the water pipes...because the tech refused to remove the device from my property stating that he would be ***** 3500 from his paycheck if he removed it....I do not feel this has been resolved properly and I want my 4500 back....I have mailed in two typed letters about this issue and you can contact my office manager ******************************* community....Business response

thank you for notifying us regarding customers unsatisfactory with the water system experience. We appreciate the opportunity to explain our side of the story and do our best to please our customers our goal is to work with customers and have a resolution for any issues that arise with our business . we have been quite busy and not able to respond we are sorry for the delay we already reach out to the customer when the complaint was made . our company explain and gives a demonstration to the customer before any decision is made also we give our customers a copy of the bill of sale everything has to be signed by the customer we do nor rush or , We do not force anyone to sign any kind of documents nor to obtain the product, each buyer acknowledges a receipt of a fully completed copy of the contract executed by both seller and buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL As shown on the attached receipt.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE I WAS RIPPED OFF $4500 AND THE ONLY THING THIS WATERSOFTENER DID WAS TO TRIPLE MY WATER AND SEWAGE BILLS,.......I CALLED TO SPEAK WITHTHE ***** THAT TALKED ME INTO THIS HE DID NOT RESPOND.....I WANT THIS MONEYREFUNDED TO ME IF NOT THE FULL AMOUNT PARTIALInitial Complaint

About 1.5-2 weeks ago I received a flyer in the mail for a free $25 gift card, the flyer made absolutely no mention of water or air purifiers or anything at all about the nature of this business. When I called to inquire they claimed they just wanted my honest opinion of their products, they did not mention what the products were. Then they showed up at my house & basically manipulated me into accepting their devices. They used fear tactics by demonstrating how dirty tap water is & how it's dangerous & things of that sort. Then they had a female employee who was practically flirting with me most likely as a sociopathic sales tactic Then I told them not to run my credit but they kept pushing & talked me into it while the girl distracted me. Then the guy said he would give me a job & that he would pay it off himself if I work for him for 90 days. At this point I caved. I quit the job after 1 day because it was awful. I have mental disabilities & he had me soliciting his misleading flyers door to door in the blazing hot sun all day. During this 1 day working for him he even admitted an elderly woman wanted to call her kids for their opinions & that he rushed her into buying it for $10,000 cash before she could call her kids. I called him & asked him to take back the equipment & he claims he can't due to having arranged financing. He expects $68 a month for 5 years or for me to work for him for 89 more days. I find neither acceptable. I was tricked manipulated pressured & rushed into accepting equipment I never even wanted for far too much money. I also found similar products available for 1/10th the price. My desired resolution is that you make him take his equipment back, cancel all financing payments on it & move forward peacefully from there as if none of this ever happened. We do finance our products with different finance companies and they verify with the customer the terms and payment with customer within 3 business days. I did not realize that this thing was going to send a verbatim copy of the complaint directly to the business & it also said not to write any information that would make you personally identifiable but I guess it's too late for that now. You probably realize exactly who I am already at this point just from the story told. I just want to let you know that every day since the 1 day of passing out those flyers I have felt like crap. Eventually I went to the emergency room & was diagnosed with bell palsy, I have been suffering daily from facial paralysis, migraines/headaches, vertigo, fatigue, etc. The doctors told me that this in fact very well could have been caused by heat exhaustion & full recovery may take as long as 6 months. I guess I was just lashing out due to the combination of nonstop suffering & being put into $5,000 of senseless debt. I apologize for saying crazy sounding things. I know you guys didn't do anything wrong to me on purpose. It's not really your fault. I did try to tell you I'm mentally unstable & unreliable I would at least like to be paid for the 1 day of work that I did do though. After that hopefully we can just put all of this behind us. Transaction occurred on 12.06.2021, The representative never told me what the price of the unit was, he told me they had a program that would cover the cost. I was told it would be a 3 months trial period but when I called recently that rep stated it was a 3 day trial. The men who installed the unit spoke zero English and could not answer any of my questions. The unit does not work and I have been calling for weeks with no resolution, they always provide me a different number to call and then I am referred back to the main number. And I recently received a billed for $7995.
