    The main safelite customer service quoted me for windshield and labor and confirmed they have the windshield. Told me to call local safelite to schedule so I called *********** and they scheduled me. Day before my appointment I get a call from ***** from *********** saying they cant get a windshield for my car. After I already took the day off unpaid from work. Now I lost money and have to goto a different company. Safelite is very unprofessional. Stay away.

    wasn,t happy with the 'off center' windshield installation, let the installer know. then it developed a stress crack about 5 inches long. the crack keeps getting larger - without the suv ever being driven. now the crack has branched out, and almost all the way up the windshield. a tech came out to replace under warranty and said that after sending pictures to all the professionals that it was decided it was an impact crack. the point of impact being right where the new crack just developed, 4 months later. remember, it started out to be a 5 inch crack. the point of impact that they claim is 14 inches away from the edge where the crack started. there is or has been no impact, but they say otherwise.we only use them a couple times a year, but never again, and will let our customers know to find another company for thier glass issues.

    I would give a negative number to the Kissimmee store under the management of **************. I had my window replaced over a year ago and since then the rear view mirror cover has fallen off 3 times. They have 'punched' it up, told me the clips were on upside down, then said they weren't and then replaced the windshield stating it was a manufactured issue with the clips that come on the windshield. Took me 10 months to get another cover, after the one they punched back up numerous times, then they finally replaced the cover and the clips were broken, I have pictures. ************** the manager has avoided my calls, I have called from two different phones and he answered when i called from a land line, He will not return my calls, I have made at least *************************************************************** regional person, and ***** has called me back!! IN OVER A YEAR!! IF I didn't continually follow up, and still following up this would never be addressed, not that I feel it is going to be. **************** said they would have the regional call me back at least 5 times they have told me their supervisor will call me, ***** has, they have STILL not giving me a mirror cover that stays up behind my mirror, and have NOT called me back, addressed the issue, they throw me a bandaid by sending out a tech with a mirror cover that was wrapped in painters tape. I asked the tech if this is how the new covers come, and he said yes. ************** is horrible at customer service, and horrible at managing issues. The regional is just as neglectful as ************** by not assuring this issue is handled. IT IS a mirror cover! don't give me someones used cover! return my calls, THIS IS STILL NOT HANDLED OVER A YEAR! FOR A MIRROR COVER!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! POOR AT BEST! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD. I AM TRYING TO GATHER INFO TO GO TO THE NEWS. THEY WILL NOT EVEN SEND ME THE NOTES THAT HAVE TAKEN ON MY CALLS FOR OVER A YEAR.

    Can't give a 0 star I filed a claim through insurance almost 2 months ago after a few times of having a technician come to my work last time he did it caused over ******* worth of damage to my car almost 2 months later it's still not fixed right 1st rental car was taken back car was supposed to be done went to pick the car up it was worse than before got a rental car again for 3 days and said it had to be returned without even having my car back it has been a runaround from day one so if you need a windshield replaced DO NOT USE SAFELITE if you want your car fixed right without damages trust someone who knows

    Total scammers, they charge for windshield that never replace ( but they took out the Toyota brand from the windshield and replace with the the brand they use, to make it look that they change the original; when I ask for the cracked windshield to see it, i got not answer they play stupid ; i was tired of waiting for 3 hours specially after driving 2 hours to get to this place, so i left unhappy ) they only repair it and in top they did a terrible job, come back another day to fix the gap they left under the windshield and they said they will replace with a new one they never did and the gap got ten times worse. They make worse. They send me two bills were they claim that they install 2 windshields! They are not only scammers their costumer service is very unprofessional and rude. Later they email at evaluation rating, and will only take positive evaluation and will not aloud it to mention any negative or low stars. I give them one more chance this time I went when to safelite in port charlotte and they make a great job they explain the molding in the bottom was MISSING! They apologize for the inconvenience and they were courteous and profesional they will not even take my $50 tip. Don't ever go to this place.

    Very unprofessional company, Couldn't get no resolution. Customer service was very unprofessional. Was Over charged for a glass repair. First appointment was cancelled ,by the tech without my consent had to complete a bbb complaint in order to get a resolution. This company has made my experience horrible. I would of rather used a local company then to deal with a company stealing from customers.
