  THEY SOLD USE A PRODUCT THAT WOULD NOT WORK FOR THE APPLICATION NEEDED, THEN TRIED TO COLLECT MORE MONEY TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AFTER THEY TOOK OUR DOWN PAYMENT. NOW HAVE TO HAVE CREDIT COMPANY HELP WITH THE REFUND. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OUR $969.15. THEN THEY WANTED USE TO SIGN A WAIVER OF WARRANTY BEFORE THEY INSTALED THE PRODUCT. WE ARE BUILDING AN OUTSIDE KITCHEN AND WENT TO THEM FOR GARNITE TOP FOR THE COOKING AREA. MY WIFE DID NOT LIKE THE CHOICES OF THE COLORS. THE SALE MANAGER TOLD HER THAT CORTZ WOULD WORK IF THERE WAS A COLOR THAT SHE LIKED. SHE PICKED ONE OUT A COLOR AND MOVED FORWARD. AFTER MANY CALLS TO THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WERE COMING TO MAKE A TEMPLATE THEY SHOWED UP. A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER MANY PHONES CALLS TO THEM A OUTSIDE COMPANY CALLED US TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE THEY COULD INSTALL. THEY TOLD USE THAT THEY WRONG PRODUCT WAS BEING USED.

  Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/12) */ Customer came in to purchase coutnertops for an outdoor kitchen. That much is true. We sold them a quartz counter which we thought was fine for his application since it was a covered area. The fabricator then informed us that they could not warranty quartz for outside. We offered the customer a chance to either switch to a natural stone product, sign a waiver of warranty to keep the quartz, or we would give them a full refund. After they could not find a natural stone that they liked, we refunded them in full on July 1st. I am not sure why a complaint was even filed but I am attaching the documents to show that what I am stating is true and accuarate.
