    My husband purchased a diamond cross necklace as a gift for Christmas, I believe he bought it 12/23/22. I didn't like the gift so I tried to return it, 1/7/23. The necklace was never taken out of the gift box. It was returned in the original packaging. I gave them the receipt and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund. They said I can only get store credit it's policy. I explained I didn't want store credit they need to honor the refund. I asked to speak to the manager/owner who refused to come out to speak with me. They told me that's their policy and gave me a receipt for a store credit. This was not a custom piece of jewelry. They are basically holding my money hostage and forcing me to buying something else at their establishment that I don't want. My husband was not aware until I called him from the store. They need to give me a refund.

    Dear Ms. ********* I apologize that you are not happy with our return policy, which is stated on our receipt and at all of our registers in store. "NO REFUNDS!, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS". My associate tried to explain you the policy on Saturday but you started to get mad, and I do apologize that I could not come out as I was on the phone with a client. I will be more then happy to give you a call if you still need to talk to me.
