This complaint is about work that was performed (or mostly not performed) in late January 2024. I have reached out to ********'s about a partial refund - even though poorly done, I just want an accounting for work performed and am not seeking full refund - and even received a text message on 01.31.2024 stating that a refund would be coming but to give them some time. I have reached out on multiple occasions by e-mail (01.29/01.31/02/27) and by phone (left multiple voicemails, which they ignored, and they only ever answered the phone once back in February when **** said they had already responded by text message and the return was being processed.)Nature of problem was that we paid up front for work on our kitchen and bathroom plumbing that was not performed. The work the plumber **** did was sub-par: none of the following were individually so bad we didn't want him back, but together they raised sufficient concern with the quality of the work that we told him to stop working on our projects.**** was supposed to fix main valve and thought it was fixed but did not confirm. It was still broken and we went 16 hrs without water until fixed P said I bought a garbage disposal without electrical hookup. I had to explain that the cord was in the box and that it actually was an easy install.P said garbage disposal was defective because he could not remove the plug for outlet to dishwasher hose. Took all of a quarter turn with a hex key to remove it..P said there was problem with the faucet as he could not turn the nut at the bottom to tighten it against the counter. The instructions were available to him & showed how to do this.P placed drain connection to sewer higher than outlet from garbage disposal and was not properly glued (broke apart (later).P spilled a can of Oatey blue PVC cement, including on grout.P did not completely turn off water valves and slow leak flooded under the sink.P chipped melamine on the bar dividing cabinet under the sink.
