    Unfortunately, I live on one of their properties. We are infested with cockroaches, our secured doors sway in the wind and the building is only held up with a prayer. They are currently being SUED by the city to which Priderock was really hard to work with. Another city council member was quoted saying she cant believe people pay to live here.

    They are charging me a large water bill because of a water leak that they havent repaired and ****** the property manager she is nasty rude and disrespectful she dose t care about the tenants . We asked for bathroom light bulbs in both bathrooms and she said they was a courtesy for her to give us those light bulbs and lets mention mold in the bathroom behind the toilet and bath tud. I have photos of that

    Reno ****** property. I chose to rent here in 3/2020 to observe as a student of the industry how Priderock would turn around a Class C property with issues. I am in my fourth year because moving is a hassle and I could see some improvements. Pools finally opened, laundry facilities updated. I felt they were trying, give it time. Big mistake. So my building does not have AC as advertised, but a heater/chiller system that needs to be switched over to cool in the spring and heat in the fall. Switching over in the spring has routinely required a visit to my apartment, but in past years they always got it done. Not this year. In **** ****** in the summer and my indoor temperature is ranging from ***** degrees, and August isn't even here yet. I first alerted them 40 days ago. This morning manager shines me on with "its an old building, nothing we can do" story. Told me maintenance would call me today, but hasn't happened. What has happened is they cleared out my maintenance requests for the last three days as "work completed". This is very sad to me, as this place has so much potential, but lately local management is choosing to ignore problems and clearly hope I will just shut up and go away. Unless someone can show me they care about addressing this problem, I will never again rent from any property managed by Priderock or refer them. By the way, this is the first time in my life I have been moved to write such a poor review. I am so disappointed that I trusted them. Please learn from me. I wish I was able to give the management zero stars. I have to give them one star to leave a rating.

    Chose this community in ******** mainly for the gated aspect. The entry gate has not worked since I moved in 2 months ago and just yesterday the exit gate stopped working. Pool heater was not working upon move-in, which they boast is a year-round pool. Last week the hot tub quit working and is now empty. Apawas not move in ready. Twice I was told cleaners would come but that never happened so maintenance was told to paint over the dirt and turned my heat up to 80 to make it dry faster! There is a wait list for a garage. Not because they are all taken, but because they don't have enough people to clean and ready them for rent. I have been here for 2.5 months and am already searching for my next place.

    Cant even be bothered to pay their contractors in a timely manner. No way to contact anyone in the corporate office. I am beginning to wonder if theres even a corporate office there because all the complaints on here state that nobody answers.

    The worse company to work for and horrible apartments, And the fact that the corporate office never calls anyone back nor answers the phone. They hire the worst management that over charge residents and when it is addressed and we are told the balance is fixed they really don't fix it. They will send you to collections with a balance that is incorrect after claiming they fixed it. Sadly they allow their higher *** to do this. *************************************** is the one told me over the phone my balance was incorrect that **** who was the manager who did my ledger over charged me. He literally said "Oh no I see the problem already and he was correcting it." So I thought it was corrected until I went back on my credit report to look as I told him I wanted to pay it but **** Recovery said it has to be corrected in the system first. ******** lied and they are a bunch of unprofessional people. He said ******************************* said it was nothing they can do. After he told me he had already fixed it. They do not care about the tenants at all nor anyone that is not a higher up. They condone bullying, harassment. All I wanted to do was get it paid but instead I had to deal with a unprofessional liar.

    To me personally all this company seems to care about is collecting rent and the investors taking the money and putting it somewhere else. They do not invest back into their property making it a better place for the residents to live just like here in Jacksonville the back gate is broken they refuse to fix it it is Hell getting in and out the front gate especially making a left turn on Merrill Road. When simply you can fix the back gate and improve the facility but they refuse to do anything to put money back into the property just like the trees on the property half of them are in bad shape and risk of falling on cars or on the building. Every every 6 to 12 months there's a new office manager running the place. They have no earthly idea or cares about the residents it's all about saving the property owners money and that's their best interest the maintenance team I will give them a grade of a c minus

    Awful company to work for discrimination and being bullied a part of the daily routine, no consequences for bad behavior and corporate is a joke. Policies change at a whim and no fair housing laws being followed.

    I moved in and there is no screens on the windows, the back patio door is broken, the seal on the door is missing. Spiders have come in and made this place a home. The dishwasher is broken, the tub was resurfaced poorly, the light won’t turn off. They told me I’d get October free since I had so many issues and they just moved me in. They even threatened to file eviction while I fought them on a signed document. I’ve sent in 3 requests for things to be fixed and nothing has been done. There is no ventilation in here, it’s cold, and my light won’t turn off. This is my first place and I am disgusted by the experience. Absolutely will be buying a house as soon as possible. I’d rather argue with myself about maintenance than a company that doesn’t care about the living condition.
