These people have some kind of scam operating. They promise to build you an Amazon store. Our experience was that our store was only live a couple of weeks and our account got deactivated and has not been able to get it back activated. Apparently the consulting group ordered products from a company that red flaged our account for fraud products. This company has refused any refunds and have not returned the stranded inventory back to the distributors either.

************************* joined our business opportunity in Q3 of 2023. All product opportunities are identified based on Amazon analytics and were presented to ************************* for approval prior to executing on the purchase. Upon inventory arriving at ****** and ready to generate sales, they questioned the authenticity of the product and requested a video verification call to ask additional questions. All documentation was compiled to support ***** during that call and a zoom consultation call with our compliance team was scheduled to offer additional guidance on how to communicate and present information to Amazon. Video verification calls requesting additional information is common when operating an Amazon store and many clients pass this interview with our guidance. After the video verification call took place Amazon stated that ************************* failed the call. Amazon is being communicated with to resolve this issue and the goal to have the account reactivated and inventory released. The distributor has also been made aware of the circumstances and is willing to provide additional documentation to support this case in addition to reimburse ***** in full upon receiving the inventory from Amazon. We are actively working with the distributor. Many conversations, with multiple staff members, have been had with ************************* with plans of action presented and communication continues to be maintained. *****'s Amazon account is healthy and has zero complaints or negative comments from consumers. We continue to offer ongoing support to ***** during this time to resolve all issues pertaining to her Amazon account. We stand by all decisions made and what was presented.
