During the sale and design process we had to sign paperwork 4 different times due to errors made by the sales person/designer. The final adjustment made she said was required to reduce the height of a section and had to happen. I have no idea why. Post install there is more than a foot of extra height between the top of the closet and the ceiling and this makes the hanging sections short where everything drags the shelf below or the ground. It does not feel custom or semi custom. Also we paid an up charge for matte black hardware and received chrome for our valet rod and belt rack. Ive requested this be fixed more than. 6 times since install. I got one response that the chrome was an error but apparently since this order is paid in full there is no plan to fix it and I am being ignored. I will never recommend this company or use it again. Ive had closets done in the past with ********** Closets and even ********** custom services and both provided better measurement, better design and better customer serviceReview from Nick W

I would absolutely recommend closets by design this is my ************** with them. Both went off without any issues designer did a great job. Installers showed up on time were nice and cleaned up.Review from Ame' L

Closets by design is amazing my designer did a amazing job. Then I got a call from **** in the office to move my date up. ************ and *** d came out to do my it is flawless they arrived on time called cleaned up after themselves. So happy I made the decision to go with Closets by Design Palm Beach/TC. I had a Murphy bed installed just before Thanksgiving and I can't say
enough about how professional and thorough my installers were. Everything fit perfectly and the color that was suggested for the cabinetry matched the room perfectly. This was not my first time using CBD, they redesigned my pantry to fit a large wine cooler and it came out great as well.Review from Vashtee R.

Installation nightmare! Today would have been the 4th attempt to complete a rather simple installation - and I was just notified that they would have to reschedule. Every installation visit meant either ny husband or me taking time off from our jobs to be available during the time frame they provide to arrive. Very unprofessional! Very disappointed with the level of service!I hope this would help someone else make a better decision about using this company.
