Flying Nurses brought my wife from ************** ** to **************** after a week long hospital stay and two weeks in a skilled nursing facility. We filled out a request online, got a reply overnight, and began planning the trip. **** responded quickly to e-mails and texts, and kept us well informed throughout. *********** met us at the *** the day before departure, asked a few questions, and explained the whole process. Supplemental oxygen was needed, so a portable unit was brought along on the flight, stored on the cabin floor. On arrival at ***, the airline misplaced the patient's wheelchair and ******, adding some stress. ***** managed to track down the missing items and we departed for home. Throughout the flight and the ground transportation at both ends, ***** kept constant watch on and provided excellent care for the patient. We couldn't have made this trip without this service and these caring people. Highly recommended.

Flying ************** to us was a god send.The entire encounter with **** and ***** was exceptional. Their compation, caring, coordination and arranging the entire travel door to door was amazing and extremely helpful. We couldn't have done it without their help, we did not even know what to do and were absolutely frustrated and very close to total break down. You are flying angels.

I am tremendously grateful to Flying Nurses International, and would like to thank FNI so much for its work getting my mom home. She experienced a stroke while overseas in ******, and Flying Nurses helped us get her back home to ********. All aspects of transport-- from my mom's bed in ****** to the destination hospital in ********-- were carefully planned and executed. The service at every step was professional, courteous, and efficient. Nurse ****** was absolutely wonderful. She was fully informed; took charge at every critical step of moving my mom; and she exhibited a tremendous level of kindness, compassion, and empathy toward both my mother and our family. She was of great comfort to my mother throughout the whole process. Her positive attitude was very much appreciated by all of us.The administration office was very easy to work with. The case manager responded promptly to my initial inquiry, answered all my questions, was very fast to arrange all the necessary logistics, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I cannot imagine where my family would be if it weren't for the flying nurses. My dad has a trach and is on a ventilator and was in a rehab facility in ******* and we needed to get him back home to Tennessee. I talked with **** from flying nurses who assured me they could make it happen. I'm getting teary eyed just writing this review because it reminds me of how I felt completely hopeless last month feeling like I was trying to do the impossible. **** gave me the confidence to realize this can be done and from then on it was my main goal to make sure it happened. We got in contact with a company and got my dad a portable vent, flying nurses supplied the oxygen and made all the arrangements for my mom, dad and I to fly. They arranged the transport for my dad to be picked up and also to be delivered to our home in ********* since we were doing home care. We met with ***** and **** the day before the flight and the next day we were on our way. We even had a layover and they made sure everything went smoothly and kept us updated on how my dad was doing throughout the flights. It was late at night when we landed and the flying nurses had the transport ready at the airport and rode with my dad to our house. They came in and helped us get my dad situated and comfortable. They took the extra time to answer any questions. They were so down to earth and friendly and just felt like family. **** has called numerous times afterwards to check up on my father and has given me great advice on his care and said to call her anytime. The flying nurses changed my familys life and I can't thank them enough, I highly recommend them to anyone who is feeling a bit hopeless about getting a family member moved. They are pretty amazing!

My twin brother was in a horrible accident in ******** - a hit and run by motorcycle on 9/24/22. After numerous operations in the hospital over 2 months he became highly infected & it was clear that we needed to get him out of there to the safety of an American hospital.I worked with **** who was so compassionate and understanding. She jumped through hoops to get this organized & place her highly qualified nurse on the job. This story could be a book with all of the obstacles the nurse encountered to get my brother out of the hospital and on the plane to safety; not to mention a connecting plane, and the fact that he could not walk and weighs over 200 lbs at over 6 tall, a big guy!This nurse who was sent from heaven with the strength of ******** was able to make this happen to save my brothers life!!! He arrived in ************* on (around) 11/14/22. He is still in the hospital but has just recently taken his first step & will live & walk again!!!Thank you Flying Nurses for saving my brothers life! We are forever indebted to you! You saved my twin brothers life!! God bless you????

I had the difficult task of relocating a friend with physical and mental disabilities overseas to the home country. Flying Nurses International immediately understood and correctly evaluated the situation. Reassuringly they took charge of the process and arranged totally the transfer point to point. With admirable professionalism they arranged for ground transport, flight arrangements and transfers, security passage and documentation. The accompanying nurse not only was proficient in handling stressful situations but also companionate and caring to her charges. FNI developed a plan that would be most expeditious and economical under the circumstances. I am thankful for their outstanding help
