MIKE G. Luxury Bath did an awesome job. The two gentlemen doing the work were great. They listened to our concerns and explained when questions were asked. I would recommend this company to anyone. No sales pressure and the fact that they had a showroom is what made our choice easy. Glad we took the time to visit the showroom. Thank you again Christian for the time you took to answer questions as well as everyone there. Great people to work with. You can hire them with confidence that the work will be superb.

I cannot say enough our experience with luxury baths. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and respectful. Their work ethic's were out of this world. Please give them a raise, they deserve it. My wife is extremely happy with her new shower so am I. Thank you guys for a beautiful stylish shower. I will definitely use you guys again when we upgrade the guest bathroom.Luxury Bath Response

We had our walk in Tub installed in June of 2022. The gentlemen that did the installation was ****** and *****. They were professional and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. When the project was finished they went over everything with us. My husband is 95 years old and they had great patients with him and explain step by step on how to use the walk in tub. We would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Bath and their technicians to anyone. They are part of our family now.Luxury Bath Response

The installers for my new shower were efficient and professional during the entire process. They replaced old framing which was of poor quality and did a very thorough job of the entire process. They were always polite and careful to protect the surrounding area during the installation. I am very pleased with the outcome and am enjoying using the new shower. Everyone involved in the process was helpful and informative at every step. I would definitely recommend this company.Luxury Bath Response

One of the reasons I chose Luxury Bath was the fact that I was told by the salesman that all of the staff were employees and not contractors. I was impressed by that fact and can testify that I have had nothing but good experiences with every staff person I have encountered. Our salesman, John Lasker; all of the administrative staff; the installer, Blake and the follow-up technician, Tony have all been outstanding. The removal of the old Roman tub and installation of the new shower was professional and meticulous. The only thing that gave me pause about the whole experience was the price tag and I did not realize until too late that the product was acrylic (plastic) and not something akin to Onyx (which I have in another home and which is a manmade stone). This is not the fault of the salesman. He certainly showed me the correct product and did not make any attempt to characterize it as anything else. I just didn't realize what it was until I'd already paid 1/2 of the cost and signed the contract. I did compare the price of the acrylic to Lowes and Luxury Bath's price was competitive. It has held up well since January and is very easy to clean and looks beautiful. So in summary, I continue to be impressed with the company and the staff and would I use them again; yes, I think I would.Luxury Bath Response

Installers, Travis and Steve, were on-time, very professional and polite. They worked quickly and took care of 2 minor problems we encountered during the install. They could have easily said "not my problem." Highly recommend Luxury Bath for your bathroom needs.Luxury Bath Response

The team at Luxury Bath was on time and professional along with being friendly. They had little to no conversation between them ( Kenny & Leony) both knew what needed to be done and went on with doing it. They laid tarps to protect our floors and when the day was done they vacuum the area they worked in. We could not be happier with their workmanship, and going forward any friends or family of ours that need to convert their tub to a walk-in shower I will highly recommend them. Their workmanship was beyond just doing a job. We are Very Happy to give them a 5-star rating. Both these gentlemen are an asset to the company. Want to also compliment Tony who has been back to put a chemical on our shower pan, and attached our shelves that were ordered, He too was professional and cleaned up the area when finished, these employees certainly deserve the 5 stars rating.Luxury Bath Response
