My husband and I enjoyed working with agent ********************* over the last several months and we are happy to say that we finally closed on our ******* home. Being from out of state, it was not easy to get a full idea of what was available and when. But **** guided us every step of the way and focused on our needs and requirements based on his knowledge and experience. We cannot be more happy about his professionalism, kindness and patience. It was time for ** to sell our condo in Palm Harbor after 12 years. Out of nowhere my wife said she has been receiving updates on property listings from a realtor at ***** Real Estate "*********************" She said he is very nice and also very aggressive. So I said lets give **** a call and from that point on we were sailing. We called **** from ***** Real Estate and in no time he had it listed and sold in under a week with a real nice cash offer. The offer was more than we were asking. How about that thousands more than we were asking. The closing was so fast and smooth that we were so impressed with everyone at *****. I would highly recommend you call and use them. If your Buying or Selling start by calling ********************* or one of the other wonderful agents at ***** Real Estate. Unbelievable! Remember the "good ol' days", when people actually SERVICED what they represented or sold? Well, thanks to ***************************** (aka ****) at Lipply Real Estate, THOSE DAYS ARE BACK! My husband and I seriously cannot thank God enough for putting us in the path of this man! We are business owners ourselves in the service industry so if anyone knows what service is about, it's us! **** was there with us, FROM DAY ONE, until this very day! We are from the Midwest and trying to find a home when you are so far away, and time is limited, was a real challenge....or so we thought! **** changed our thinking the first day we met! **** was our "go to" for everything from the property, to the negotiating, to the closing, right down to the new floors and walls we wanted. Because we were so far away and stuff needed done, **** went out of his way, EVERY TIME, to take care of the things we could not, and even the things we could! I don't believe this is a "normal" way of business because in general, people just don't care after the buck is made but, it is ****'S way! HE CARES! And if given the chance I am certain what he did for us, he would do for anyone, because that's just WHO HE IS!!! AWESOME! ********************* was fantastic! We lived in ******, and needed to sell our property in *******. We met **** once on site and the rest of the time he handled everything remotely. We trusted him the minute we met him and felt he truly had our best interests in mind at all times. He went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful. ********************* was our realtor from Lipply Realty when my father bought his condo and, sadly, he helped us sell that condo when my father passed away. When my father was trying to purchase a house, **** was extremely helpful and was able to assist with the purchase of his condo working with me long distance. After my dad passed away, again **** assisted long-distance to help get the condo sold. **** has excellent communication skills. He let me know exactly what was going on. He offered recommendations. He was never pushy and we trusted him completely. The few times we met, **** was always there promptly when he said he would be there. **** went above and beyond when he checked on the condo after a storm and even waiting at the condo when we were expecting someone to come pick up a hutch. He got us what we wanted for the condo and the closing process was very smooth. We recommend ********************* without reservation. We just purchased a property through Lipply real estate. Our real estate agents name was *********************. With ***** help we found a property and closed in just 5 weeks. **** orchestrated everything: Inspection, our best lender option, insurance alternatives, and took us all the way through the closing, dealing w all issues w the seller.
