    ****************************** signed a contract with us the homeowner. His manager has contacted me saying they cant honor the contract since his prices went up. After a waiting game of them not returning my calls or email I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel the contract as they are not honoring the price and not answering my emails. I also mentioned I would leave a review. Immediately I got a call from the owner threatening to read the fine print of the contract. He mentioned he will cancel the contract when I called him back but I asked I wanted it in writing. He explained he was like Mr ******* and he doesnt care the delay he has caused. Also mentioned his manager was trying to adjust the pricing to $400 higher instead of the $850 dollar increase they demanded. They have showed very poor professionalism and hopefully I get the contract cancellation in writing as they will not honor the terms. I just want to move on and pick another company with serious business practices.

    ******************** called in and wanted a price for a roof replacement on a house he was flipping. We sent him an estimate in January of 23' but he didn't approve the estimate until july 23' which was 6 months later. After I reviewed the account and found that this happened I contacted the customer and explained that we had multiple price increases between that time and the quote was only good for 30 days. After I gave him the updated quote for the price in July it was significantly higher than the one he approved from January. I offered for him to meet me halfway and told him I would discount the additional cost by 50% splitting the difference with him. He became irate and refused to pay anymore than the estimate and wanted us to honor the cheaper price. Unfortunately we couldn't work through it with him and I had to cancel the contract. He became upset and apparently reported us to you guys at the BBB. I'm not sure what his complaint was exactly but here is the documented proof and estimate attached. I have multiple text conversations and emails documented as well if you need them.
