We had water staining on our ceiling in one spot as a result of tropical *********************. We got *****'s name and number from a relative he had helped out the day before the storm. I called him Monday afternoon and he came before 4 pm on Tuesday just as he said he would. He inspected the roof, determined the problem which luckily for me turned out to be very minor. He told us what we should do about it which did not require a roofer to fix. He refused to even take money for the inspection or travel time. He could have given us some song and dance and suggested fixes we did not need just to generate a fee. Didn't know they made business owners like that anymore. What a nice guy and very professional. My experience with this company was great. He explained things well, and listen to my concerns. Was able to work with me at deciding what roof was best for my house and get the roof put together in a timely manner.

Don't use this company for anything. They did my roof I have leaks and they won't answer any calls or honor their warranty.Famous Roofing LLC Response
