On 4/12/24 I signed a contract with Bay Cabinets and Millworks for a Custom built Entertainment Center. At that time, I was told they were 4-6 weeks out before starting a project. I was contacted by Jarret Gross on 7/8/24 and told he was ready to go to production. He came the following day, took measurements and we made a few modifications to original plans over the next few days. On 7/17 J. Gross called and said they were ready to install our unit except for the cabinet doors and hardware which had been ordered, scheduled for 7/22. On 7/22, BCM delayed installation. On 7/24, I received a text message from J. Gross to call someone named Jason to set up installation.. Installation was scheduled for 11a.m. on 7/25. Two towers, a bridge, kickplates and 3 cabinet boxes were installed. They also left us 9 shelves. No wainscoting/shiplap for behind the TV, no countertop surface above the cabinets, no shelving brackets to install the shelves in the 2 towers and no provisions for shelves or drawers were made in the cabinets. There are gaps between the tower and the cabinets, The holes for the bracket shelves were not lined up evenly and poorly cut, several boards are not cut well (splintered edges) one base shelf has 2 nails that were over shot through the board. We have tried to contact BCM via phone, text, email and by going to their physical location. We have had no response to any of our attempts. The last communication we had with them was on 7/25/24 when they did the partial install and we gave them partial payment of the 2nd payment on the contract. We told Jason there was too many parts missing to give them the full amount on 7/25. The check I gave him has been cashed and has cleared my bank. We would would like to get at least a partial refund of the money we spent with BCM as our project is incomplete and poorly completed. We are going to have to have another cabinet company correct what they did incorrectly and make what they omitted.

Contracted to have cabinet built April 2024. Was originally told 2–3 weeks. Told lies for several months about why it wasn’t getting completed. Confronted owner Jason Dollinger 7/25 and he told me no refund, gone broke, closing shop. The cabinet was only partially built. He also has materials I bought for the project that he refused to open up and give back. Other company employees who lied and to me along the way were Cory jones and Jarrett gross.
