Abby was our sales person who spent quite alot of time without any pressure while we selected a sofa. Since our selection was out of stock, it took quite awhile to receive it, but Abby checked in with us frequently as regards projected delivery updates. The quality of what we chose is great and the delivery crew was polite, efficient and thorough. I recommend Abby should you decide to shop for furniture at Ashley Homestore in Panama City.Review from Dee D

I bought a complete bedroom set dresser, two end tables and a king size bed about 3 years ago. I wish I never bought it. The top of my end tables and the dresser keep chipping every time I dust it the paper towel grabs the top and I have to sit there and pick all the paper towel out of it and use a pencil to fill in all of the scratches wish I could take this thing back and get a full refund not happy at all and paid over $5,000 for this. So please do your research on your furniture that you buy from Ashley furniture I mean the customer service was great the people that came out put it together was great but still not good quality for the price you pay.

We are sorry to hear that Ms. ******* is not happy with her merchandise. Her purchase history shows that on 8/28/2021 she ordered the Havalance dresser and King size storage bed. The dresser is described as having a two-tone finish, distressed weathered gray top with distressed vintage white base. This item was delivered on 9/24/2021. A couple of suggestions on our website under “Products Care & Cleaning” for wood furniture, are: 1) Use a lint-free cloth on a weekly basis 2) Keep furniture away from heating and air conditioning sources to prevent loss of moisture; and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading or darkening of wood. A paper towel is not recommended to be used as it can leave pieces behind in the distressed wood. We hope this helps the customer with the continued care of her bedroom furniture. The customer did purchase the Guardian 5-yr Protection Plan. Guardian is a third-party insurance plan we offer our customers to protect their purchases from any accidental damages. Decisions on what is covered are not made by Ashley Furniture, but by the Guardian Insurance Company. The customer may want to reach out to Guardian in regards to the chipping at 800-527-8485.
