LOOK FOR ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT, NO COMMUNICATION WITH LOCATION, NO MANAGER ON SITE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAUSED A PAYING CUSTOMER TO HAVE THERE CAR TOWED WHEN IT BROKE DOWN RV PARKING AREA LOOKS LIKE A BOMB HIT IT BROKEN CEMENT EVERYWHERE, AND A APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE STORAGE UNIT, PEOPLE SCOPING OUT YOUR STUFF, JUST LOKE AT PERVIOUS NEGETIVE COMMENT, SHE PROBABLY GOT ROBBED My situation, I was driving down 441 when my battery light came on, happen to ne near storage pup March 26 around 5 pm. I have two units at this location. One with a car in it. I was in my truck so it couldn't fit in my 10 x 20 so I parked in customer parking until I could find another battery for the truck. I figured it would be a safe spot I would pick it up in the morning no one had my battery in stock, I tried to call the location the next day at 830 am 845am , 905 a.m. To give them a heads up. Next I drove to the location and seen my truck on a flat bed I got it out with in 15 minutes and had to pay 130.00. Now, here's the kicker I've been paying rent at this location for over a year, thousands of dollars, You have a Maintenance guy Robin that doesn't answer phones or do any customer service stuff. Finally, I emailed, another person from another location calls me after the fact Located in South Florida ,Tara. They admitted that they new it was my truck because they verified on the cameras. Why would you tow a long term paying customer you know isn't trespassing and is paying you hundreds of dollars a month. (WOW). I TOOK MY BUSINESS ESLEWHERE People come in from out of town or may have a U-Haul with a car on the back, gate code don't work, there are many reasons there may be a car parked in customer parking. They think its a ok to treat customers like this I'm filing a complaint with BBB, This people will understand what customer service is and hope fully they will run a business like they should and treat paying customers with respect. Thanks David B

The majority of this review is inaccurate. This individual is upset because they were towed when their vehicle was blocking the office parking, in an area clearly marked as a tow away zone, for almost 24 hours. They were very pleased with the facility up until this occurred. We had no way to know it was a tenant based on the abandoned vehicle (not one that is stored and registered with us) nor seeing him on camera (we have a lot of tenants and do not get to know all of their faces). Had we known we would have attempted to contact him first. Per the camera footage, the individual drives his truck to the spot, jumps out and runs in the gate before it can close. Our concern was someone was breaking into the facility, that’s why there was no hesitation to have the vehicle removed. He made no attempts to reach us (every call is logged and recorded) on the day it was left nor the next day until hours after it had been towed. If it was just a battery issue, why not pull into an auto parts store, there’s one on every corner. None of his story adds up. Not sure what the comment about broken concrete is about, all of the boat and RV parking is on grass or gravel and stays rented up almost 100% year round because we have a great facility with the best rates and the best customer service. As far as apartment tenants “scoping” stuff out, there has never once been a report of someone stealing something out of a boat or trailer since we have owned the facility.
