they are crooked my car was towed by mistake they illegally towed a handicap car parked in a handicap spot the sign said the change was $150 they changed $240 to release the car and would not give me a receipt stay away from this place and you know who you are what comes around goes around buddy!!! you will answer for this one day!

I'm sorry you were parked in someone else's space and the condo you were staying at called us to come and remove the vehicle from the property.If you read the tow away sign you would have seen the sign says 150.00 for tow and ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY those additional fees were mileage in your case,you only paid 190.00 not 240.00 like you stated in the complaint and we would have gladly given you a receipt upon request.We follow all towing guidelines,please feel free to call with any questions.

You are a lying I was not parked in someone's spot I was in a handicap spot with a handicap tag and I did ask your guy for a receipt and told I could not get one and what mileage change you only towed it 7 miles so what extra charge at the most it should have been $150 you guys know you are ripping people off you got the money but I'll tell you this it will cost you in the business you are going to loose when I get done with you , you messed with the wrong guy this time you take advantage of people jacking up your prices I don't know how you people can sleep at night.Review from s. d.

My insurance uses discount towing in Panama city, florida. They are great and come quickly. They always act professionally when they arrive.
