            The issue involves my purchase of a product made on 7/12/2022. The product name is: Pilot Poster. Pilot Poster is a software product which is accessed via a password and user name customer portal. The purpose of the product is to post to multiple ******** Groups automatically according to claims made in the company's sales and promotional material. The company that markets the product is apparently a company called: FBMarketing ********** However the company that received the funds ( $59.00 US.) is a company called: Eternal Beauty LLC. The receipt issued by the payment processor (SuperPay) bears this out. After following the instructions given for activation and use of the software, the product did not function as claimed. I contacted the company (FBMarketing ********** via the support email of record describing the issue and requesting support with getting the software to function as advertised and no one as yet has responded to my 2 email requests for support or a refund.With regard to the payment processor receipt showing that Eternal Beauty LLC actually received the funds for the purchase, I am requesting that Eternal Beauty LLC refund my purchase price in full ($59.00 US).In lieu of a full refund I am willing to keep the product providing the companies involved can actually make good on their advertised claims and render the software usable and able to actually perform as per the companies advertised and promotional claims.At this point I would add that the failure of a business to even respond to request for product support from paid customers is not a customary nor acceptable business practice. After demonstrating good faith on my part as the consumer by utilizing the support process, there must to be a process available to hold vendors, product creators, and marketers accountable for behavior that is at best irresponsible and at worst criminal. I am attaching all of the correspondence I've initiated in addressing this issue.Thank You!
