Can’t recommend Special Design Concrete enough. Tony was great to work with. Gave a fair estimate about the work that would be required, came out on Christmas Eve to do the job, and delivered an absolutely wonderful product. Delivered exactly what we were looking for with the pad and walkways he built. Don’t hesitate to have Tony do work for you.

My recent experience with Tony's arrogant attitude concluded in my willingness to forfeit a $2200.00 downpayment just to get him off our property. The concrete job included a drainage solution using channeling for a total of $4700.00+ cost of concrete. Job was diverted due to a 4" broken pvc pipe. Tony sent his son, TJ, to work on drainage, sprinkler system, well related value, and 4" drain pipes. Tony also recommended and installed a French drain. That job was completed on or about Msy 17. With that completed, I attempted texting Tony about adjusting the total cost, considering the drainage problem had been solved. Thirteen-Eighteen texts and many attempts to contact Tony, including phone calls, resulted in no response. Contract was signed on April 29. He put part of framing up on May 2 but walked off before finishing. He did not show up to discuss adjusted contract til May 24. His verbage abuse and sexual inuindoes was totally inappropriate. His disrespectful, self-centered, arrogant attitude ended when he called me Afromania. I had to look up the word. Watch out. He's a fast talker and won't listen.

As you can see.buy my Reviews my customers love me and I do what I say I'm going to do ,we did job for Miss Donna in the past and she and her husband were very pleased, but she doesn't want anyone on her premises if she's not present and I explained to her that I can't work like that and keep my others customers waiting, Me and my guys came out and formed up Mrs. Donna Job and was ready to pour it and she stop us saying she had a drainedge problem that she needed to fix and she asked did my company do that and I plainly and simply replied no, she tried to contract other companies to do it and I was there when a company said they did not deal with her because of her continuing switching up and not allowing them to do the work like it supposed to be did , My son can out and fixed her problem and stated that he would never work for her again because she had some guys around who were on drugs and in the way with soars all over their arms and face, I signed a contract with Mrs Donna and I came in and formed up her job and got it ready to pour and she called me and said she needed to pull out of the contract because she spent to much money on the drain system and I clearly explained to her that we don't do that and the down payment was for my crew coming in grading forming and getting her Job ready to pour in which we did , I've did 5 to 6 houses on her block and every customer is satisfied to the fullest, a couple around the corner whom I will not disclose said that contractors always have problem with Mrs. Donna, Her Husband is good and it's not him its.her and if it wasn't for him I was going to put a.lean on her property, Mrs. Donna hire people's on substance user's for cheap and then wants real contractors to come behind those guys and fix up what they have messed up, she talks over you and tries to get you to fall prey to I don't have money to do that saga , but why would you call a contractor for quality work that you know your pockets can't stand, I'm very respectful and love pleasing my customers, I Pride myself on doing quality work and customer satisfaction as you guys came tell by my BBB Ratings, Sincerely Grateful Customers for listening and allowing My Company to do work for you guys, Sincerely Grateful Tony Louis

Excellent, friendly service. I had Special Design Concrete pour a secondary driveway ~13sqyds of concrete over old roots and grass. Tony was fantastic to work with. He responded to my request for a quote the same day and was very prompt in his services. The longest delay was getting my HOA to approve the project and wait out some multi-day storms, but overall Tony was very prompt in responding to any requests. The entire project was complete in a few days. Tony did an amazing job with designing and curving the driveway to look good, matching the height to my current driveway, removing the old curb and sloping the driveway to the road so it's beautifully made and easy to drive on. The edges meeting the existing curb are also sloped and blend well (aside from the nice color of the new cement vs. the old!). He is conscious of city codes regarding the cement and how it meets the curb and ensures everything is within specs. He also called me to suggest that I soak the cement after a few hours to slow the drying process and improve the setting quality, which really shows how much he cares about the project looking good and lasting over time. I am very impressed by the quality and professionalism of Tony and his team and highly recommend them. It's very clear that Tony takes pride in his work and the finished product really speaks for him. Thank you for a great job!

Tony did a job for us last year and never came back to complete the job. He never returned my calls or texts.

Ms. ****** thats a lie and I have pictures of the completed beautiful driveway in question, what you,re referring to is that you got a couple of hairline cracks and I came back out to your house several times and trialed some concrete resurfacing on the hair line cracks and the resurfacing eventually wore off from the driving on it , But I advised you to leave the hairline cracks that you could barely see be ,. Because me and no other contractor can't guarantee that you want get a hairline crack, The.3.mile bridge cracked, but I have pictures of Your completed beautiful driveway that you paid me for and if I Didn't complete it you would have not paid me , My BBB Profile Speaks for it Self , Ma'am Right now do to the heat if you don't water your driveway for 5 days after it's poured it will crack because you have to water it so it can cure slow and I informed you of that when we Signed the Contract, Remember I have the pictures of your finished beautiful driveway which I will be turning over to the BBB. Tony and his crew did a great job. Day 1, I called, and he came right out that evening and gave me a great estimate which I accepted. Day 2, They came out and started to form up the slab. Day 3, They came out and finished the form and added a nice ramp which I requested. Day 4, They came back out, the concrete was poured, and they did the finishing work, and it looks great. Within a week of making my first call, my concrete pad for a shed was poured. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when job was completed.
