I've revived services form comfort dental, they made me pay for services ahead of time, services that ended up not being done due to the Dentist's recommendation. The service was $444. While leaving the appointment the check out clerk told me that the funds should be refunded once MetLife paid the claim. Met Life paid the claim in April and I still haven't received a refund. I called today to check and the the clerk very nonchalantly said she'd try and send the matter to the billing department again.

Patients account was reviewed and notes into the patients account.
In regards to a refund the patient is not a owed a refund and actually has a balance in the office.

If you look at her EOB patients balance from ALL EOB's show the the patients balance is 279.10
1067.00(per eob) but then you had to add in the zirc upgrade which brings it to 1263 for dos 03/25/2022 - 1263.00
    02/28/022 - 6.60
08/17/2020 - 23.10(which in fact she never paid and we wrote it off)
    04/22/2022 - 6.60
TOTAL OWED BY PATIENT IS 1299.30 - Patient only paid 1020.20

I NEVER GOT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THE DENTIST SUGGESTED I DID NOT HU I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT. I have the bill from my insurance company. The service that was declared on 3/25/22 on the last itemized mine was never done.
