We bought a $1900 Purple mattress from them less than a year ago reading their reviews saying that it was an excellent mattress. I have had several back procedures and have back pain so was looking for relief. Well, the purple mattress is NOT the mattress that they highly recommended. It is defective. We kept thinking it was just my back but it wasn’t, it’s the mattress. You can’t see any defects from the outside, but you can feel and tell from the inside. They had us do a measurement of a devit , but you ca’n measure one because you can only feel yourself roll to the middle of the bed. We roll from the outside of the bed to the middle of a king size bed. We have explained this to Ashley Furniture and they will DO NOTHING to compensate us for our useless mattress!! We have spent $$$$ with their company thru the years but told us that it is not their problem and that they can do nothing for us. So we literally just lost $1900 to them and they couldn’t care less. It took me calling them 4-5 times to even get anyone to give me any response. It’s a shame that we have been long standing customers, that over trying to compensate us for a mattress that is defective they will NEVER have our business again and I will tell anyone I know how they do business. They are willing to sell you something and when something goes wrong, especially with that amount of money, they just tell you it’s not their problem.

It is true that Ms. ******* purchases a King Purple Mattress and a mattress protector with delivery on 2/3/2024, and was delivered on 2/20/2024. We have a Bedding Comfort Guarantee that is printed on the signed sales ticket that states; “All non TempurPedic mattress purchases have a 30-day comfort guarantee.” Ms. Manning contacted us on 1/4/2025 to report issues with “sagging”. Since we sell many different mattresses, we need to follow the warranty guidelines set forth by each of the vendors for their products. A Bedding Warranty Claim Form was sent to the customer and pictures were requested. Since the sag that the customer measured did not quite measure the 1” required by the Purple Company, the claim was denied. The Purple Mattress purchased does have a 10-year warranty. This was explained to Mr. *******. Ms. ******* states in the review that the mattress sinks in the middle. Photos have not yet been received to support this claim. We would like to suggest that the customer check the integrity of their existing foundation and the slats of the existing bed as this may be the cause of the “sagging” they are experiencing. By offering the Bedding Comfort Guarantee and supporting our customer’s with their vendors’ warranty claims, we strive to offer all our customers a good shopping and sleeping experience.
