Today we had a plumbing problem at *** ** ****** **. 32501. I called and Jacob responded. He came in a very timely manner. He had worked on the same problem previously. He did a terrific job! Alex did an amazing job at my home last week! He arrived on time and went straight to work and solved my yard drainage problem. He sent me photos to show me what he had done and explained how the new tie-in would work. If you need a plumber call Air Design and ask for Alex!!

Broken/underworking commode. Jacob R. and Brendon were excellent to work with. Both of these men were professional, courteous and genuinely happy to repair the problem. They arrived in a timely fashion, completed their work quickly and thoroughly explained the work they did. Highly recommend these folks and this company!!

Extremely valuable help! If you’re debating on which plumbing company to use, go with this one. I had an issue that I needed resolved as soon as possible. The receptionist answered quickly and let one of their technicians know that I was in need. Jacob R, thank you! You have resolved my issue. Incase you’re wondering it was a main sewer line issue that needed to be shoveled out and fixed. I couldn’t have done it myself as I do not have the expertise nor the tools.

On July 24th my air conditioner stopped working and as we all know, going without air in this weather for Any amount of time is very dangerous. A call was put in to Air design and within an hour I was already getting a call, that Mr. Leslie was on his way. And soon as he got here, he went right to work and figured out the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. he also was kind enough to take the time to clean out the whole system, which it was very much in need of. I was very impressed with his knowledge, kindness, and overall attitude. I definitely know who I will call next time and Will refer to anyone I know. Thank you very much for your help. My experience with Air Design in Pensacola: Aril 26, 2024 - Paid $195.00 for Preventative Maintenance and was happy to do so...thought I had found a great reliable company. 5 Stars May 21, 2024 - Came to do work and was unable to complete so rescheduled for next day. May 22, 2024 - Paid $791 to replace drain pan and was happy to do so thinking problem as solved. Still 5 Stars June 23, 2024 - Called to report a/c was not cooling, but had been running non-stop for 3 days. Someone came out, added freon, said there may be a leak, but that someone else would have to be scheduled to do that. Paid - $562. (So put in freon, but couldn't look for leaks?) 2.5 Stars June 24, 2024 - Talked with Tammy in office, explained situation, complained about price and that this was not found with initial inspection of unit, was assured that someone would be here the next afternoon to check for leaks, etc. Not feeling so good about company choice now. June 25, 2024 - Someone was supposed to be here this afternoon. No one showed up. I called office and was told he couldn't find us on list, but someone would call me back. Got phone call from another worker who had never been here who told me he was, "Just a worker" Wondered if maybe our thermostat was in wrong place!!! Informed him it had not moved. Still waiting. Hope this is resolved before the expensive freon has leaked out because no one showed up to find and fix it. Star rating decreasing daily.

We greatly appreciate your business and trust in our company. On your Preventative Maintenance appointment on 4/26/24 our technician discovered a cracked drain pan. We came back on 5/21/24 to replace the pan as scheduled and found out our vendor sent the wrong pan...hence we had to return on 5/22/24. We only charged for the drain pan and labor on 5/22/24. On Sunday 6/23/24 our on-call technician went to the home for an emergency after-hours call and found the unit low on freon. The unit we serviced is 16 years old, which is bound to have unforeseen issues during our scorching Florida summers. Our after-hours emergencies are to get customers cooling as quickly as possible, the leak search itself can take an undetermined amount of time depending on the where the leak is located. We do not charge any extra fee for emergency service, we just take care of the emergency event and reschedule other issues for during normal business hours. We do this in order to get as many customers as possible cooling in the summer. We would be glad to speak with you about your calls if you would like more details. We have the recorded pressure readings during the PM call and during the pan replacement service that did not indicate any issues. Of course AC's break at the worst time, after hours and the day before vacation! But when I called, the contact person was very pleasant and understanding and even though they couldn't come out that night, they were able to get us up and running the next day. This is our 2nd experience with Air Design and this is the reason I called them again and will in the future. Thank you.
