Company is currently the PEO for the Holley by the Sea Association, Inc. The company refuses to provide employee information (such as Name of employee, date of hire, rate of pay, and job title) to myself. I have complied with all company documents and requirements to obtain this information. To this day the Company refuses to provide me this information that I must have to determine my preparing an annual budget for FY 2025 for my Association. I am the elected Board Treasurer and responsible for all funds and accounts payable to provide support to our membership. The POC for this company has been extremely unprofessional, argumentative, insulting and difficult to work with and at times very rude and harsh to other Board members from my Association. After months of trying to receive this information., I contacted the Company Attorney and asked him for his assistance in this matter. He directed me to fill out required forms which I did and complied with his request to have this information sent to me. To date I am still not in receipt of this information. After requesting your assistance in resolving this matter, I may have to contact both the State & Federal Government Agency's to investigate this company for a number of State & Federal violations that I believe are occurring at this time. Your assistance in this matter is important. We have over 35 employees working at our organization. The majority of the members do not even now their names. I await your reply, Respectfully, Michael * ******** Holley by the Sea Board Treasurer.

CoAdvantage is a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides our business clients with administrative support, including HR, payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation.  As such, CoAdvantage retains sensitive and protected information of our clients and worksite employees, including for Holley by the Sea Association, Inc.  It is CoAdvantage’s SOP that we only provide sensitive information to authorized individuals, whom are named when the service agreement is signed.  Outside of rare exceptions, only current authorized individuals can add new authorized individuals, and they also dictate the level of access the new authorized individuals have.

All of this was explained to the new board member, and indeed the board member was granted some level of access to information.  However, this board member is apparently unhappy that the current authorized individual at Holly by the Sea Association, Inc. has not provided the level of access that the board member believes they are entitled to.  CoAdvantage has no control over that, as we have explained to the board member numerous times.  Additionally, I am unsure where the “Disputed Amount” of $30,000 is coming from, as this is strictly an issue about access to information.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.  Thank you.

    Complaint: 22409993

I am rejecting this response because: The respondent doesn't even give his last name. I have never heard of this name, and or a person responding to a formal complaint in such a callous manner. This company maintains an office space at the location identified in my complaint. There are however no real persons occupying this office space, nor have there ever been there. This business is not registered in Sunbiz Company Information. Their refusal to provide the full name of each employee, the rate of pay each employee is paid, and their job description, does not violated any personnel or business ethical complaints and/or Federal & State laws. I have provided the required documents that were sent to me to allow me access to this information. The person signing this Contract is Ms. April *******, our General Manager. I am the elected Holley by the Sea Association, Inc Board Treasurer. My duties include Under our By-Laws/Covenants: By-Laws, Article IV Section 1Paragraph Section 5., Board Treasurer shall have custody of all property of the Association, including funds, securities and evidence of indebtedness. He shall keep the books of the Assocation with good accounting practices; and he shall perform all other duties incident of the office of the Treasurer.

I am required by our Covenants and Florida Statue to maintain records of all expenditures of our Association for a period of seven years. I have been asking our General Manager Ms. April ******* to identify all of our employees. Their full name, rate of pay, date starting their employment, and a job description for each employee. She has assured me this information is available on file with CoAdvantage in Pensacola. I have been asking for this information since July 22, 2024, CoAdvantage has assured me that this information is available. I have physically counted all of our employees weekly; this number starts at 22 and varies up to 38. Who are these people, are they even United States Citizens. I have heard some of these members may be illegal immigrants working under the table for our Association, or even still "ghost employees". This is only speculation, and not based upon fact until I can confirm this by reviewing the names of our employees. We have five (5) employees earning up to $ 100,000 yearly per employee. How am I to formulate a budget for my Association without this information? The total combines cost of our employees that we pay on a yearly basis. This cost alone amounts to 62% of our total $ 3,200.000 budget for FY 2025, that we are now working on now, that must be approved by our Board of Directors before 1 November 2024. Our HOA Attorney Ms. ** ******** has asked Ms. ******* to provide this information to me in a Closed Board Meeting. This I am willing to do this or whatever is required or requested by Ms. ******** our Attorney, to attend with either the CoAdvantage Account Representative and/or Ms. *******. To date this has not happen.  The company CoAdvantage has performed badly in providing information to me and my Board. I will not recommend this company for renewal for next FY 2025 and will seek to discharge this contract for failure to perform the simplest of tasks, to demonstration basic information about our employees to our Board. Your help in this matter is apricated. Please provide this information.

    Sincerely,

    Michael *******
