    Terrible experience in body shop and service department. The car was purchase new from dealership and now was in an accident. After they were repairing had damage to sunroof and no one claimed the responsibility. Management would not return calls. Took over a month for them to start work on car and mixed up with another car. The service manager Cory lied and pretended to have the owner on a speaker call and was called out. They lie and no one cares to help unless you take things to corporate and still 3 months and toyota corporate complaint line it not much help. My daughter has been without her car to this day for 3 months now. A brand new toyota highlander.

    ON August 31st 2024 I went to Bob Tyler Toyota located at 7201 Pensacola Blvd. Pensacola, FL 32505. I met with salesman Tony ******l. I told him I wanted to trade in my car and buy a new, used car. I wanted to pay cash, please give me a good deal. Tony told me cash didn't matter, he assured me he would give me a great deal. He sold me a 2020 Toyota Corolla. I traded in my car. When I arrived home, I called my sister, she informed me that I was taken advantage of. I am a 74 year old female and Tony charged me thousands of dollars above value. He gave me thousands of dollars below value for my trade in. I went right back and said I wanted to cancel the deal. Tony said no and walked away. I spoke to the General Sales manager, Paul **********. He said no, I told him I wanted a better deal on the Corolla and I wanted my trade in back, I would pay the difference. He said no, you bought a car. I asked to speak to the Genera Manager, Paul said she would be back 9/2/2024. When I asked for her name he said I'm not telling you! Very rude, nasty man. I went over to another employee, she told me it was Dana Tyler, Bob Tylers Daughter. I went back Tuesday to speak with Dana Tyler. Dana told me I am not changing anything and your trade in is long gone to the auction. A few days later I sold the Corolla for another car . I was so upset for what they did to me I couldn't look at that car. It has taken me a long time to write this letter. Too upset. I wish Tony, Paul and Dana the best of Karma they deserve.

    WORST SERVICE DEPT EVER! Took 5 hours to complete a 20 minute task! Then they told me that the appointment was only to drop the car off which I was not told this when I made the 2nd appointment!! When making an appointment you expect that your time is valuable - well they don't! The only reason that I finally got it finished was because I had to get ugly with the service person! This was the 2nd time of making an appointment since I couldn't keep the first because of my business and they said it would take 2-3 hours. So I went back expectly 2-3 hours - well the only reason that I finally got it done was because I had to get ugly and that is unacceptable! I do LOVE my new ride and the salesman Tim was wonderful! Unfortunately, in a few years when I decide to purchase a new vehicle it will NOT BE FROM BOB TYLER TOYOTA!

    Absolutely the worst service department. They aren't honest, always seem to find something wrong with your vehicle and they will charge for work that wasn't done. I know this first hand and from many others that were also unhappy with the service department. They can NOT be trusted. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.

    My granddaughter purchased a used vehicle from Bob Tyler Toyota and even with a co-signer, she was charged 25% interest! This is an exorbitant interest rate. She will never be able to pay this vehicle off. She has owned it for almost 2 years and has yet to put a dent in the principal of the vehicle. Bob Tyler Toyota is guilty of usury and taking advantage of young people. I only selected one star because in order to leave a review, you have to select one. My choice would be ZERO stars.

    I’ll give Bob Tyler a 1/2 star!!! These managers and some staff(Gil, Megan, Curtis). These individuals say that they will call you back about your vehicle, but they never do!!! The first response from them is we have a lot of cars from flood! If you have too many cars, that means you are under staffed! Don’t take in cars you can’t complete in a timely fashion!!! They also told me that they had to get parts for my Lexus. Hell, the Lexus dealer is only a hour away( you should have no problems with getting parts! Our car was towed there on 6/22/23(this is the date that they(BobTyler) gave me for appointment) and here it is 7/17/23! Wow, still no vehicle!!!! Geico is my provider and they already extended my rental for this!! Now we don’t have a car to drive!! I asked if we could get a loaner(from Bob Tyler) and they said no!!! I have a 2015 Lexus ES 350, so to anybody who has a problem with your vehicle, please stay away from this company!! Worst customer service I have ever received. I spoke with Bob Tyler’s secretary and she tells me that he is in California vacationing!!! I don’t give a damn about him vacationing, we need our car!!!! Worst service I’ve ever seen, stay away!!!!     I was scheduled for an oil change the other day and the previous day I had a nail in one of my tires and purchased a new tire from a place other than Bob Tyler Toyota. The following day I take my car to the dealership to get an oil change and not only was the estimated wait time almost 2 hours even with an appointment, I get shuttled to my house, where a girl calls me to inform me I have a nail in one of my tires. I had also previously mentioned about my luck the day before with the flat tire I had and to just take a look at the other tires because my tire pressure light had come on again. I arrive back up to the dealership and the girl gives me prices for a new tire and I tell her I'm just going to take it elsewhere. I then arrive at a different place and they inspect all of my tires, come to find out, THERE WASN'T A NAIL IN MY TIRE. Anywhere. Whether the employees are just stupid or they were just trying to get me to buy a new tire I have no idea. I do not appreciate it though and I will not be going back to Bob Tyler Toyota.
