    False Information. Huge Mistake. When we started inquiring about a solar program, I spoke with an agent at Sunfarm who promised me the world. He said we would have a battery and that our panels would be able to work during an outage. This was not the case. He said that we would only have a 7$ light bill. This was definitely not the case. When I emailed the agent that I had been working with to question this, I was informed that the employee "suddenly left" the company. No one cared that he messed up my entire order. "Oh well nothing we can do, the panels are functioning fine." Yes, the ones that were put are working fine, but THERES NOT ENOUGH. The previous employee only put us down for a little more than half of the panels we needed. So now I am stuck with a $300 light bill and $140 solar payment. NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING TO REMEDY THIS. I'd give anything to give them back and start over with a (more) honest company. I've had two local companies come out to give second opinions and they told me the exact same thing. There's not enough, and I am not the only one who has had problems with them in my area. Just Beware... -Heather Corkran
