            I purchased some supplements from this online company about a month or so ago and received what I purchased. However, I never agreed to a renewal or ongoing subscription for this product and do NOT want one. I would like a reimbursement of the $129.49 that was charged for this 2nd bill and want to end any further automatic payments.

            I placed an order with this company on April 20, 2024 for ********** gummies for $149.96 that I thought were to one *************************** used. When I received the order it was not the ones ***** used. There was not acknowledgement that I would be signing up for a monthly subscription and be charged monthly. I received a second shipment today (June 11, 2024 and was charged an additional $149.96. I do not want a monthly subscription and there is no way to contact the seller to cancel. They sent with no paperwork or phone number/email to dispute or cancel. I want my money returned and I will return the new shipment.

            i ordered from Activeketo, well it was an add on ********* march 4,2024. 3 bottles of the ketorush acv gummies $159.99 well they added on 2 bottles of a cleanse i didnt ask for another $59.99. i brushed it and just hoped it all worked. Skip to April 3 2024 i have a box at the door with 3 more bottles of gummies, i check my bank acount and they have taken another $159.99. i did NOT subscribe i made sure because i didnt knnow if they worked. i go and look at my emails i got no confirmation email anytime so no emails at all i tried to look them up on ******** i cant find them anywhere. theres no where to contact them. i googled the address on the ********* obviously a fake and these BBB links come up!! my bank is giving me a hard time disputing like im lying about everything i dont know what else to do!

            I ordered three bottles of keto plus ACV gummies on 12/16/23. I was informed that the total was $39.99 on the following website. The next day 12/17/23. I received an email that there was a charge to my card, for $239.99. from the same company, I had ordered from. The company hadn't contacted me or asked for confirmation to make another translation or pull money from my card. I reported the stolen money to my bank (Select Banking) they said they would do all they could to retrieve my money through a dispute with the company which I had ordered from. I answered the following questions my bank asked me about the stolen money. Which they still should have on file if needed. They informed me that for now, all they were able to do was. shut off my current card and send me a new one in the mail. Due to this unexpected charge, I was unable to pay important bills as well as buy gifts for family members and friends during the Christmas season. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. If not now.

            In late July I was examining the web on my phone. This product was front and center. I was interested in the product and completed my info. Once they had the info, the system immediately charged the credit transaction....they increased the cost of the original product and added a new product. I am sending this product back and would like full refund. This is definitely online fraud by this company on people interested in it. This company did not provide a receipt or log of this transaction.I have also submitted a case to my credit card for fraud...again, changing amounts and adding more product.
