Terrible company. The short version of a 5 month long story is that I finally got my money back (after months of listening to many excuses) only after going to my local Sheriff’s office to file a grand theft report. I had all my evidence for the past 5 months showing he took our money and never delivered a service and would not give us our money back. The Sheriff’s office contacted him to let him know if he didn’t give us our money back within 1 week he would be arrested for grand theft and spend Christmas in jail. I was very blessed in that he was finally able to give us our money back, compliments of Polk county Sheriff’s office.

Hello this was not theft as we had you scheduled and the neighbor you canceled the service we was providing after the delays with hurricane and others we completed your neighbors as we was going to yours so for you to get on here and right a post like I stole from you was not correct 

This company is a cheat and a fraud - they started our project in June and as of today 11/21/24 they are still not done. I am bringing up legal action against this company and I would never recommend you hire them. Finish my project please - I have been begging you for months. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

Hello yes sorry about the delays we were there yesterday working nothing to do with fraud we have did landscape irrigation pavers concrete have to finish few things you paid deposit not like you paid us and not did anything we will get it done thanks

Terrible. Nothing but excuses. He is continually blaming it on no grass, even thought everybody else can get it, rain, hey its *******. Eventually it will get done but make sure you owe him a lot of money and can wait weeks or months past the schedule date. He has a million excuses. Find somebody else.

Yes hello yes this time of year with side if it rains a lot its hard to get the grass especially with the warranty because of the fungus because of all the moisture with that being said we came out gave ************** an estimate he got us down on the price Ended up wanting us to cut out his whole yard instead of the areas we discussed so we did that and instead of just adjusting the irrigation we had to fix almost every sprinkler head in the yard this job was delayed a little bit due to the rain but other than that it was completed and he did pay the final invoice on top of this I told him he could contact the sod provider to hear exactly what day said and he told me no no

He quickly cashed our check, tore out our grass, then took 10 weeks to do a 3-4 day job. I had to ask for updates repeatedly when his people didnt show up when he said they would. 2/28- Came out to give estimate, said it would be a 3-4 day job. He said I wouldnt need HOA approval (incorrect) and that hed give me a discount if I paid up front. Paid in full on 4/1. He asked that I make the check out to him personally, not his business name. 4/5 I asked for dates of install, he said 4/17. 4/16- he said he was running behind, I asked for new dates, he said by end of week or possibly following week. 4/22- he said they would start cutting out the grass on 4/25 4/24- he said if they arent there on 4/25, it would be 4/26, never showed up 4/29 Dug up all the grass that afternoon. 5/5- he said they would be dumping dirt on 5/7. 5/22- I told him if he didnt complete the job by end of week 5/24, we would terminate the contract and find someone else. He said they were just waiting on sod and he would do his best to meet the deadline but might not make it. 5/23- He said they sod would be delayed another week and he was trying to find another vendor. 5/27- I sent message terminating contract, requesting the amount of refund I would receive and date Id receive it by to be sent to me by 5/31. Didnt hear from him by this deadline. 5/31- I called and asked him how much I would be refunded and when. He told me the amount and said he was waiting on his sod supplier to give him the refund so he couldnt do anything and didnt know when that money would come back to him. I told him he should go to Lowe’s and buy sod and finish the job like he promised.6/6- He asked for more time so he could get sod from his regular supplier. I said no. He tried to convince me. I said no. He said he couldnt warranty sod from Lowes and I said I didnt care, he couldnt warranty sod from his own supplier if it takes 12 weeks to come in anyways. 6/7- they came and did the job in one day.

Hello yes there was some delays which when we agreed to do the job you knew we was already out a few weeks, yes the delays did happen with the sod because when u warranty it you want to make sure it’s good grass and was really hot and dry so they wasn’t cutting much as usually we tore up the whole yard and build it up with dirt to get a good grade but like I said I’m sorry about the delays but we did get it done and sorry again for timming as the last 6 months has been crazy for use but thanks again
