    I moved into St Tropez apartments Jan 12 2021. Upon moving here the community was advertised as a **************** offering an array of amenities and utilities to account for the significant rent amount of $2800!! Utilities dont work properly, the bathrooms smell awful due to the failure to repair pipes, plumping, sink/toilet properly, monthly rent total is NEVER the same its constantly changing, the rails are barely hanging on to the walls in bathrooms/bedrooms, FPL came out and did a survey that shows the ** Unit in my home is NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY causing my light bill to skyrocket and average around $250/mo, reported it to the leasing office NOTHING has been done since 1/12/21!! They state its because the unit is so old it doesnt work properly and the community only replaced a controller for the entire community and not for individual unit repair or replacement. I was promised upon move in by *** that the home would be rid of pests and cob webs it was not. In addition , there are holes in my walls (here before move in still not filled), damage to my roof, my patio screens removed, trash thrown directly in front of my home, and parking is a nightmare! My car has been towed TWICE from my driveway and I was forced to pay $200 each time to have it released). I pay monthly for pest prevention and still pests and mice are literally knocking at my door mainly due to the trash pick up procedure. The community forces us to use city of plantation bags and they have removed the dumpsters from the community so trash sits outside ALL WEEK! Ive called Management many times and they change staff so much they can barely keep up with resident requests/complaints. Also, our amenities we pay for are not being utilized due to construction the tennis courts are just construction zones, parking is a nightmare, the gym is closed often, and the maintenance team is trained to PATCH damages not FIX THEM
