    Stay away, they said they would handle all of my credit cards and after paying them 150 a month and them getting ****** dollars from me, nothing was done, they just took my money and all the credit card companies were calling me saying that I was late and adding additional late fees, explaining they had not even received a call from light house debt relief and trying to call them they avoided all calls and left me broke and hanging Stay AWAY.

    Thank you for bringing our client's concern to our attention. Ms. ********* made the first payment into the debt resolution program on 6/14, less than 3 months into her 30-month program term. For many of our clients, we are able to reach a settlement within the first 90 days, but due to the status of her accounts upon enrollment, the creditors would not yet honor a settlement. We did explain to Ms. ********* that we will be able to settle her accounts, and we expected her to graduate on time within the 30-month term our client had chosen, saving substantial time and money. Lighthouse Finance Solutions is performance based, meaning we do not earn any fees until accounts are settled and the settlement is approved by our clients, and in line with this agreement, Lighthouse has not collected any fees for service from Ms. ********** The payments Ms. ********* made to date were saved in her dedicated savings account, set aside to be used once settlements occur. Those drafts have now been returned and we respect Ms. *********** request not to be contacted, but if she changes her mind, we encourage her to contact our offices again and request to speak to any member of our leadership team.

    A warning to anyone that will use this service: a year ago I signed up for this service and their legal services. Due to their lawyers' neglect, I now have no money to pay for food, gas, or even my mortgage. I was served by a creditor in Aug '23 and promptly forwarded the papers to this company and kept the faith that they would handle it for me. This week I get a call from my bank that my money is on hold due to a garnishment. This company KNEW I was getting sued and completely ignored it. Add to that the girl on the other line chuckling saying that had my back and they'd fix it, etc, thinking it's cute and all fun...... Today I was left with $11 dollars in my account, suffering a loss of about $7000. Do NOT put your faith in this company, speak with a bankruptcy lawyer first, I promise it's not that big of a deal. These people took about 11k in total, I lost all my money saved and other, not to mention another $2000 for a bankruptcy lawyer to fix the mess they have left me with. Attached is a photo of an email that would give anyone a heart attack. Stay safe everyone

    Thank you for bringing **************** concern to our attention. A positive client experience is very important to us at Lighthouse Finance Solutions, and we were disappointed to hear that we weren't able to meet **************** expectations. ************ enrolled in our program just over one year ago, and in that timeframe, we were able to settle four of eight of the tradelines included in the program. She was well on her way to graduating our program and becoming debt free, perhaps even earlier than the 48-month program term.

    Unfortunately, one of the remaining creditors took aggressive action that is outside of the norm in this industry. ************ canceled our program on 6/26/24. Once we received this notification from the BBB, we immediately contacted her to help resolve her concerns to the best of our ability. We issued a full refund of fees paid into her legal plan and took steps to get those funds back to her as quickly as possible. We are also working together with ************ to recover fees charged by her bank. We will follow up with her next week after receiving guidance from the plan attorney to determine if funds can be recovered from the law firm.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While we are still working on the solution, they are doing everything they can to correct the issue, whether or not the funds can be recovered, I know it will be best effort their part.

    I have been calling for over a week in regards to cancellation and having them give me the money I put into the savings account. The man I spoke with over the phone was very rude. They still have not sent me a cancellation email. This process of simply canceling with them because I cant afford it anymore has been frustrating. Upon signing up with this company the manager told me this is completely your money, you can pull money out and if you cancel at anytime we will refund you whats yours Ive gotten no answer. No help. I just want my money back to me

    We've been in communication with ************************ as recent as 4/21 via a phone call she made to customer service and this morning we connected with her and updated her on the cancellation process.  **************************** desire to cancel was processed accordingly as requested, however, client was unaware that these funds are sent to her via check.  We've since advised her that the check has been voided and an ACH return has been initiated for her to help.  Client was thankful for the information, we apologized for any misunderstanding.  A cancellation email was also sent to her on 4/21 @ 3:05 PM EST shortly after her call with our **************** was concluded, that confirmed her cancellation.  We advised that it may be in her spam box.  Client stated she was thankful for the contact and ACH, and would be contacting the BBB to retract this complaint.  We advised to ************************ that we would also be responding to the complaint.  In just a few short months in our program, we were successful in placing her into settlements on 75% of her accounts enrolled, and we advised her she is welcome to come back at anytime.  Thank you.

    I used the services provide by lighthouse solution since April, 14, 2021. This is supposed to be a credit relief program. I enroll with a total of $20,967.33, total debt. They negotiate and settle with the banks for a total of, $12,205.58. As, of December, 5th, I have paid them a total of $13,042. They are still telling me that I have to pay up until 3/14/25 which will be another $10,417.13!!! This will bring the total that I will be paying to $23,459.13. Im currently on a monthly plan and I pay $******. I have also given them around ***** extra in the past year to finish the program faster and to them it seems that that money went to other fees because Im still scheduled to finish the program as if I was paying only ****** without any extra money added. Mind you the ******, was supposed to be for a term of 48 months. So why am I still paying for 48 months when I have giving them an extra ***** dollars ?! Also, they say my credit wouldnt be affected but all my credit cards have been late on my credit report since I started the program. Cant get a definite answer from them and I was hoping you guys can help me out. Thank you

    To Whom it may concern,

    Upon receipt of the complaint, Company reached out to the Consumer to discuss with him the nature of his allegations against Company. After discussing the matter with the consumer, it appeared that there was some confusion arising regarding the remainder of his program. The parties were able to clear up the confusion, and Company went forward in good faith gesture to the customer and waived a portion of its fees. The consumer was grateful, and the matter was resolved. The parties agreed that upon completion of the items discussed and waiver of the fees said to be waived, the Consumer will advise the BBB that the matter no longer at issue and the consumer agreed to withdraw the complaint.

    They where hired to consolidate our debt which they have done ,except one of our credit card accounts which ended up going to ***************** court from an attorney for the card company ,they dropped the ball on this one ,we sent them the money they said would resolve the account still is not settled

    To whom it may concern,

    After looking into the matter, the customer enrolled 8 accounts, 7 of which Company was able to resolve. Company has been in constant contact with client in effort to resolve the last issue, and even had a counsel reach out to the creditor.Company agreed to refund the total amount added by consumer toward the resolution of the contested account, and allow consumer to withdraw the account from the program. Consumer agreed to remain in the program in order to complete all pending settlements until completion. We will continue to communicate with the consumer in effort to ensure her issues are resolved to her satisfaction.
