I called on a Sunday and got a knowledgeable agent who answered all of my questions. Aardy had an AARP rate on the policy that worked best for me. That saved me about 10% on the premium. I purchased the minimum amount of coverage to lock in the waiver of preexisting conditions. As my trip gets closer, Ill increase that amount to cover nonrefundable expenses as incurred. *** bought travel insurance for trips in the past. Based on my experience with the Aardy agent, it will be my go to agent in the future.Review from Susan N

We have not yet taken our trip, but the process so far, for arranging travel insurance and using both the website and the services of a representative have been smooth and easy. The agents I've spoken with have been helpful and easy to work with.Review from Ava H

I had been looking for insurance to cover a trip to the ** and gotten a quote online from Aardy. I called for clarification on items on the quote and spoke to an agent that took plenty of time to patiently answer all of the questions, as well as explain other benefits and aspects of the insurance of which I was unaware. I had spoken to two agents before purchasing the insurance and both times I was treated with excellent customer service.Review from Rosemary K

They had very competitive quotes delivered quickly and with clear comparisons, but I get daily emails since, which is not appreciated. I also wish the purchased policy was easier to access.
