    I closed on the above mentioned property on June 20 this year and during the 4 point inspection and wind mitigation, there were issues discovered with the roof that was done earlier in the year and the company was called back to rectify the situation by the seller. My insurance agent acquired Flood and Hurricane/ Homeowners policies for me, but almost two month after my closing, Citizens discovered the negative marks from the inspector in the report and inquired further and subsequently discovered that the roofing company had an expired permit with the ****************** and no report of a city inspection. The roofing company was asked to provide a paid in full receipt for the job and send one without a property address or name of current owner. They forwarded a screen shot of a private engineer that supposedly inspected and filed on line with the City but again, incomplete and unacceptable documentation so my policy was cancelled because of the roofing companies unacceptable work. My inspector did re inspection and the roof is perfect but the roofer has not taken the necessary steps with the city to file for an extension and order a final inspection so this is properly on record and I will be able to secure insurance. It is almost impossible to find any company writing a policy in the middle of Hurricane season and they are really picky and my premium will be double and increase my monthly payment and this has to be resolved and the roofing company needs to know how their sloppy process affects the lives of people. I wasnt the owner yet when all this happened, but none of this was disclosed or discovered before I acquired this property

    I paid **** from Premier Construction Contractors to install windows and doors at my property. He installed 3 doors but never installed windows. When I call him for months I've been completely ignored.

    Yes we have received this document and we are in constant communication with the client. We are doing everything possible to make this right. This client has worked with us and our team in the past. Something occurred with a team member that we were not aware of and this does not embody our core values as a company.     03/02/23 AMOUNT THAT WAS PAID IN FULL $3,000 THEY WERE TO FIX MY ROOF SEND ME AN INVOICE OF THE REPAIRS INCLUDING THIER LICESNCE NUMBER WITH PHOTOS. I HAVE CALLED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES TO SEND ME AN IVOICE FROM THEIR COMAPNY WITH THE LICENSE NUMBER FOR MY INSUARNCE WHICH HAS CANCELLED DUE TO THIER LACK OF COMMITMENT. I CHECKED SUNBIZ AND THIS COMPANY IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, I HAVE NOT AS YET RECEIVED THE PHOTOS OR HIS LICENSE NUMBER. HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY OR MY AGENTS CALLS OR MESSAGES. I AM LOOKING TO HAVE HIM PAY MY MONEY BACK
