I am filing a formal complaint for the fraudulent sale of a defective & unsafe vehicle, posing serious *************** risks. I purchased a ************* from this dealership, assured by ***** it was in "amazing condition. Nothing wrong with it inside & out." Upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered several critical concealed defects.The most serious issue is a noxious odor resembling a rotting dead animal. Certified professionals, including a ****** dealership, determined it comes from a decaying animal, flooding, & mold infestation. Thick swaths of mold were visible throughout the front & rear carpets, further exacerbating the health hazard. Rat *********** fur were found. The odor causes ****************** within a minute, making the vehicle undrivable. Their attempt to mask it with a cheap air freshener shows disregard for my familys safety, including my children.Further inspection revealed the vehicle had been flooded, with rust throughout the interior, mold in the carpets, & sand in the sealed door kickplate, which happens after a flood. Rust was found on airbag components, raising concerns about airbag functionality & damaged electrical components.***** falsely claimed the leather seats were without issue, but the car had a large concealed paint stain & hole on the main part of the front seat. He spray-painted over damaged paint on the grille without removing & sanding it, which he said they did, resulting in poor cracked paint. The vehicle came with a fob but no key.These defects, particularly the ************ damage, were deliberately withheld, constituting fraudulent misrepresentation. I request your office investigate & take action against Auto World US Corp. They knowingly sold a hazardous vehicle. They failed to disclose the car's extensive flood damage & other defects, which violate both state & federal consumer protection laws. I ask that they fully reimburse me, including shipping, & retrieve the vehicle as the only fair remedy.Business response

customer was sent over 50 pictures of the vehicle, no fraud was made on our end. and the car was purchased ( As Is) and he understood that fully. . He got it for the fraction of the price, It sat in a warehouse for two weeks waiting for transportation. between the shipping time and him reporting this a month later we don't know what happened to it while in his procession. we didn't sell the car with these issues. A simple remedy would be to have the interior cleaned . and that will take care of the issues he is complaining about. this is not a mechanical issue. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Auto World US Corp regarding the recent purchase of a vehicle from their dealership. I took out a loan with my bank in order to purchase a car from Auto World US Corp and the bank paid the company in full. However, it was not until over 20 days after I received the car that I discovered several major issues with the vehicle.Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the mirror was broken, the battery was not working properly, and the grill was completely shattered. These issues were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. I believe that Auto World US Corp knowingly sold me a faulty car and failed to properly disclose the damages.I am demanding that Auto World US Corp take full responsibility for the damages to the vehicle and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost to me. It is unacceptable that I have been sold a car in such poor condition and I expect the company to rectify the situation immediately.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Auto World US Corp for their deceptive business practices. this vehicle was sold as is, the mirror and bumper where like new condition at the time of sale. 20 days to realize a broken mirror is deception on the customers behalf. the customer signed a contact for purchase ( AS IS) and agreed to terms and conditions. this is cosmetic and no related to the warranty that covers engine and transmission .Initial Complaint

Purchase a vehicle in March 2024 & its now May 2024 and still havent received the title to my vehicle. Advised the car was a mother day gift for my wife and its no urgency in sending title. Provided ************ the email address to send title to and get no response. Contact and text **** and ***** multiple times get no response. There no reason you can take a customer money and not provided a title after over month. This is pathetic and have to get legal assistance. Poor customer services. Requested for the owner are supervisor to give me a call and no one calls. I have screenshots of both and will be posting on social media. Worse experience of my life. Wife and kids have no way to school. **** called at 8pm trying to sell vehicle. **** and ***** stated everything was working properly and when car arrive was different. Took two weeks to ship vehicle and 2 weeks to fix a tpms. This dealer is horrible. I have multiple documentation showing no responses and late of communication. To whom may concern,
****************** is listing invalid complaints, the title was ***** to the credit union, initially ****************** gave us different addresses to send it to, we had to clarified exactly what was the credit union correct address. In additionally, ****************** bought car as is no warranty signed all documents stating so, we did everything professionally and in a timely manner. Every time ****************** called it was after hours when we were closed, obviously we couldn't get back to him till the next day, he was rude and unprofessional and harassing us on our private phones after hours. we do our best to make our customers happy unfortunately not everybody can be happy. This is a malicious intent of complaint due to the fact that the credit union already received the title over a week ago.

I am rejecting this response because: Information is untruthful. Attached is a photo tracking number. Title was not received until 5/20/24. Vehicle was purchased and payment was issued 3/11/24. Signing a document. buying a vehicle as is have absolutely nothing to do with false advertisement and the lies verbally told by phone numbers ***************** & *****************. Photos showed where communication was performed during business off and I also stated it was during working hours and never got a response. Salesman called me after hours to sell the vehicle. ******** stated everything works and discussed all the features. ***** was aware it was a mother day gift for my wife. Works hours has been missed and kids missed schooling due to not being able to drive the vehicle. Two months with no title is unacceptable and cannot no one agree. The proof is the tracking. Here again the shop providing false information. Other reviews says the same and shop stated as it but verbally states different. It dont matter if a vehicle is used if something is suppose to be working due its should. Per advertisement all areas where checked. There were not notification thats things werent working. This sale was made out of state and not in person inspection. If vehicle was seen in person it wouldve stayed on the ****. I went to be reimburse for my wife missed work hours and pain and suffering. Images will not upload tracking number for your records ************. Will uploaded photos elsewhere for proof.

Purchased a used car from said dealership in 3/23, with a down payment of 1500. Company fail to disclose that this car had past damaged from a very bad accident causing my car to have alignment issues which might cause thousands of dollars to fix, they also didn't provide with me with any contract and violated my consumer rights. Once you sign your signature and your social security number is used, the vehicle is already paid for.Business response

Hi, there is no valet point to this absurd complaint! we are a little confused here... i don't know what numbers she's making up with all theses codes its complete nonsense. All across the world you have to put a down payment in order to get a car, she red and signed the contracts explaining everything she agreed too. Any person that reads theses complaints would know it doesn't make sense what so ever.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Due to the violations you have already violated the contract is fraud which means the contract is void. My consumer rights is not nonsense if you think that's the case you shouldn't be in business like I said if you further violate my rights as a consumer that will be a major lawsuit luckily I come from a family of lawyers who will represent me in court. By you unacknowledging my rights as a consumer by knowingly commiting fraud will only work on my favor in court and I am willing to take it as far as it takes to get justice. I bought a car from this business on Oct 6 2023. I was very clear in asking if the vehicle was in good shape given it was for my 15 soon to be 16 year old daughter. Both *** and his assistant ****** said it was in good condition. I wired the money from my bank and the car was delivered shortly after via tow bed. Once in the car I immediately told *** of all the issues. While as is; it was clear this was not in good condition. The tires didn't match, the latch would no close on back door, the seat would not move, the lights for the bumper were gone for license plate, safety lights were on for hazard controls, and many more items. I had asked for a full report on vehicle and never got a complete one. I went to the dealership in my town and as soon as they looked at it they said it was in a wreck and nothing was covered. I've bought new tires, fixed the latch and my final items went to a body shop to finish the last items. I also noticed odd things under the bumper when I dropped it off. I have now received a call from ******* at ********************* that stated this car is unsafe to drive and never should have been put on the market drive again. They will not fix it because it will never make it safe. Again this car was for my 16 year old daughter. It is unexcusable that this car lot would sell anything to anyone let alone a new driver. I have asked for money back and am not getting anywhere with ***. I need assistance please. I have a number of emails, texts, pictures etc to support this claim.Business response

On October 06,2023 we sold the 2021 **** Bronco to *****************, all the sale was through Email and phone, we were really clear about our company AS IS policy, so this customer were always aware of that we don't offer any kind of warranty, refund or exchange; this car were posted on our website with more than 50 pictures showing every single detail of it that includes the missing part in the back bumper, we also sent her more pictures and videos before she purchase the car; we didn't knew about any problem of the car, we drove it multiple times and the car was totally drivable and running perfectly, to us is a surprise all that the customer is saying about the car because we never got a single problem driving it, the customer never requested an inspection of the car before making the deal, she only made the inspection after the purchase and after signed our AS IS and buyers guide were we are really clear about the no refunds, no returns and no exchanges, now the customer were ******* our team all the time to get the car in only a couple of days. When I finally got the vehicle I realized the dash in the center doesn't work. It looks like a broken phone screen.The sunroof doesn't work and the driver window doesn't work. I thought maybe the warranty will fix this so I didn't sweat it.But then under 30 days before I can even get to make my first monthly payment.The car broke down in the middle of the road.I called for Roadside assistance warranty on the vehicle in which they were charging $200 the warranty on the vehicle will only cover $50 reimbursement after I make $200 payment and it has to be approved!I ended finding my own tow company and ended up paying $100 The warranty company "Credit Acceptance" has an option when you call to cancel but whenever I go to that extension, the line is busy, then when I try to go to another extension to speak to someone to assist me, they only transfer me to the non working extension. I wasn't allowed to drive or start vehicle. I was told the key wasn't there although the car was.When the car was finally ready for pick up, there was 1 tire I noticed that the threads was showing. I was told a new tire would be ordered the next day.I had to purchase my own wheel lock key and 4 new tires as i later found out 2 tires were showing thread and one had a nail in it. On top of that I can't cancel it because the extension doesn't work and the employees I spoke to string me along and transfer me to the same non working extension.I get a text from them (because this is how they do business another red flag ignored)Reminding me to purchase my new tag as the temporary tag would be expiring soon.I told the employee antagonizing me, that there game is for us to default on the loan so that they can steal our vehicles and our money. The past 09/06/2023 we made the sale of the 2008 ******** **** ML350 to ***************************, we got the approval from Credit acceptance corporation and we explained all to **************** including the AS IS warranty from our company Autoworld Us Corp, we explained him that he was getting a car warranty from his financial lender ****************************** **************** was more than happy with the deal that we got that day, he even checked out the car more than 2 times before that day, he were able to started the car and checked out every detail on the vehicle before sign the contract with the Finance and us. After he loved the car he decided to signed all the paperwork and while he was signing we were explaining him page by page including the BUYERS GUIDE and AS IS Form that we are attaching to this message, he agreed with everything and we also told him that if he needs' anything we would love to help him,(that day he asked us for a new tire but by that time our seller were closed so we told him that we could get one for the next day but he said he would prefer to get it that same day and that if we don't get him one he would be buying one himself because he don't wanted to wait even when he came at 5:30pm and he finished all almost at 7PM) after that we still helped him, when he contacted us days after telling us that the car broke down, we were trying to help them sending him all the information (again) from his warranty that he got with Credit acceptance, when we sent all the information and guide him to get in contact with the warranty and credit acceptance he got mad and he started to talk to my employee with cursing words and disrespecting her when she was only trying to help him with his situation, when he started to being disrespectfully my employed decided to end the conversation and reported that conversation to me.
After that we decided that the best that we could do was keep the distance with the customer because on every email that he sent us he was always talking with cursing words and blaming us of everything when before making the deals we gave him all the time to inspect the vehicle and let us know of any concerns that he got on the car (he never told us that he noticed something wrong with the car besides the tire) and we explained him more than once about that he got a service warranty but with his *************** not with us because we sold the car AS IS, that day he was more than okay and happy knowing that, also he even was really nice with us and right now we are really surprised of the way that he is talking to us and his very disrespectfully way to treat someone that is only trying to help him.
That is what happen that day and we would like to have this complain deleted of our BBB profile because we gave him the best service possible before, during and after the sale.

What I object to is that of me having the opportunity to start the vehicle. As I was told the key wasn't there. Yes I cussed out the dealership in text over the broken car down.Also I never received printed contract. I signed everything on their computer.
I don't mind keeping my distance but let's not lie.
Also every email concerning the broke down vehicle was sent with cc to everyone.
I apologized to ****** for cursing her out but understand that the vehicle still broke down in 2-3 weeks. I'm only leaving it alone for the betterment and peace of myself.
At the end of the day the reviews and their bbb grade speaks for itself

Paid $2200 March 29th 2022 to this company for a *** x1 2014 . Another $300 2 weeks afterwards .Company would not allow me to get my tag through dmv only wanted me to get it from them for DOUBLE the price . Also denied my right for a second temporary tag . Wouldnt give me an exact price for the tag transfer either just wanted me to put most of the money down on it first then when I pick up the tag he will tell me the final amount to pay the difference. Repoed my car after not responding to my calls of me trying to pay them for my car note , phone kept giving busy signal and calls not being returned. Not there on days theyre supposed to be open . Informed them i just Had a baby and still repoed my car WITHOUT any notice . Even tho i was Only 10 days late. But i wouldnt be late if theyd answer the phone . Company is a scam and is only out for the money . Please check the reviews under auto world . This isnt the first time . Since they have the car Im just asking for my money back or $2500. Well we put a $500 dollar deposit witch was told by the salesman was fully refundable. He even told me and my wife after we put the deposit if you want we can refund the $500 back to you no contract was signed no paperwork was signed the only thing we signed was a credit application a week later we call to see if we were approved he said the person that approves and does the numbers was not in the office then we went that Saturday and he gave us the numbers well we did not come to a agreement so we ask for are deposit and now he refused to refund the money back his name was ****Business response

******************** walk in customer to our dealership at the plantation location in months of August 2022. ******************** loved one of our Vehicle Type Acura.
******************** request us to apply for a loan application. ******************** put a $ 500 deposit for the Vehicle Type Acura. (He was told at the time and very clearly about our policy deposit is nonrefundable, and we have big sign / post in our dealership wall as well. At the time only hold the Vehicle for 14 Days.
In a good faith Auto world US CORP. held the Vehicle for ******************** for 75 Days. And we didnt her any respond from ******************** until the months of November. ******************** was explained about our policy deposit nonrefundable only hold the Vehicle for 14 Days. Auto world US CORP manager at the plantation location show to ******************** policy big sign / post in our dealership. In a good faith Auto world US CORP
