This company is a ripoff They promise you they can get anything and they take your deposit and don't deliver the merchandise or give you your deposit back. This place is bad business and they should really be looked at

This company was referred to me by a client to which I manage properties for them. This company was called to service a non-functioning refrigerator to which they went and came to the conclusion that the appliance needed to be replaced. They offered to sell us a used refrigerator with a 6 month warranty of which we accepted. The tenant received the appliance and had to leave ******* within a couple of days of receiving the appliance. She stated that she did notice that the used appliance that was delivered, was not cooling that much but still had to leave ******* due to a family emergency. When she came back, the refrigerator was totally non-functioning and all of her food had been damaged. I immediately called the company and advised them of the situation. They sent a tech and immediately left because the refrigerator still had the food contents and completely spoiled with bugs inside. They sent me photos and told me to have the tenant clean out the refrigerator and that they would then be able to come back. I instructed the tenant to do this and she sent me photos of a completely cleaned unit. They came back out again and said the same thing but now stated that they could not honor the warranty since it had the bugs and worms and they could not honor the warranty, something that was never given to us in writing but rather just a 6-month warranty. They offered no help, especially after knowing that the tenant had to leave due to family emergency. They only stated that the tenant was an unclean person and that we should remove her from the unit. I believe that no one has the right to judge anyone, much less clearly make that statement to us. We are now having to resolve this matter without this company honoring their warranty and feel that they offer very poor and shady service to the community.
