I bought an accessory that was supposed to be compatible with my firearm. After receiving and testing the accessory, I found that it was defective/incompatible. CAA did nothing to resolve the issue with the product they sold me, customer service was dismissive of my concerns, they simply said that the product passed QC and that they do not accept returns. Meanwhile, I cant shoot my pistol even ONCE without it jamming. Now Im stuck with a $270 piece of garbage that CAA sold me and Im pretty ****** off about the whole situation. Beware that the product reviews on their website are not real because the 1 star review I posted months ago never populated. After being dismissed by CAA in the manner that I was, I have no other recourse than to post negative reviews about them on every single platform I can find on the internet. Website is messy and descriptions of items contradict themselves. For example ____ fits all Glock models then after words stating ____ fits only 2 models led me to purchasing an item I thought would fit but did not. And then charged me a 20% restock fee on top of not providing me with a return shipping label. Company stated I should check included manual but was not given a manual. No manual can be found on the site as well.Also, was given a checkout code for a free item and whenever I entered said code, it would never register. Thus leading to just inputting my email so they can spam my email with useless information.Review from Deb C

Had a bundle of Glocks in my cart, received an email that my item was waiting to complete the purchase and, that I could get 10% of the this particular order by entering the code CART10, went to complete the purchase and the coupon wouldnt work, emailed them with their actual email to me showing the bundle in my cart and their offer of 10% off that order, received a reply that the product did not qualify for the coupon. This makes no sense at all. There were no stipulations and they were soliciting me to complete the purchase with the coupon. I was a new potential customer that would have purchased additional products because of word of mouth from my son. Well, you lost my business before I even got started. And, please dont tell me to reach out to you, already did. Steer clear of this business, they dont honor their word.Review from ROBERT S

I pre-ordered a Gen 3 *** for a Glock 21 back in November 2021. At that time I was told it had an ETA of February 2022. I patiently waited and it was delivered in October 2022. 8 months later I opened the box to find they had sent the wrong caliber. So I emailed them to explain they have sent the wrong unit. I was told the Gen 3 for the Glock 21 has not been produced yet and If I want to return the *** that I received it would be 20% restocking fee plus freight. Contacted them immediately after receiving my chassis, The folding stock flaps loosely, Ramon Leyva was the rep that responded. I have still heard nothing back in regards to an exchange, return or refund. Took them 10 days to respond with a garbage response blaming velcro. I even sent out a video to them. I would give a zero if possible.
