            Certified Beauty LLC. In (*******) Drove an hour today to get my hair done at her shop. Made a mistake when I went to use the bathroom and magically she claimed that she used all the hair. 3 packs of hair and it feels & looks like 1 1/2. $600 gone down the drain. I paid $300 for the hair & $300 (I bought my own hair) This is total dishonesty. And I know she kept some of my hair. Im not a foolmy head basically feels emptyI am a single mother this is totally unfair. I sacrificed to treat myself for the holidays.

            Im sorry that youre dissatisfied with the quality of hair you purchased, however to make a claim that I kept your hair makes no sense. I sell quality hair bundles in my salon so theres no need for me to do so. You brought in 2 packs of beauty supply bundles which were thin in quality. You informed me that you had an extra pack, but the service you booked only allows for 3 bundles to be installed and additional bundles an extra cost to be installed. In addition to this, the lengths of hair you bought were long in length. With human hair bundles, longer lengths result in shorter bundles so theres less hair. None of this has anything to do with me or the quality of your install. You told me you loved your hair and had myself and my assistant take several photos of you before you left. My assistant can attest to everything Im saying. If anyone should reimburse you, you should look to be the beauty supply store from which you purchased it. I also challenge you to look at each bundle in your hair when you remove your sew in and measure it if you dont believe me as I did not cut your bundles. Im a very honest person and would never do this to anyone. Ive serviced 100s of people and never received a complaint such as this.
