AVP Insurance & Traffic School , which may be associated or a subsidiary of ******************* with has been allowing one of its customers to illegally use my home address as the Insured Name and Address, specifically **************************. This person does not live at my home. This person has never lived at my home. This person is not related to me. Correspondence comes to my house and I send it back to the sender.This must be insurance fraud or mail fraud. I have previously contacted the insurance agent and they have refused to contact their customer to request a correct mailing address. AVP has continued to ignore my requestsx these correspondence and billing statements have been continuously mailed to my home address without my consent for more than 6 months. Again, this is fraud and is occurring without my consent. This needs to stop!

I am rejecting this response because:
I am not the customer. I have never been a customer nor an insured with AVP and continue to state that this was not permitted. AVP does not have my authorization to send correspondence to my home for unknown customers.AVP should correct their statement clarifying that their insurance customer is not me and acknowledges that the customer address is not my property address.
There is zero reason for AVP to contact me.
I want written acknowledgement from AVP of this error and request immediate resolution as this has been ongoing for more than 9 months.

I am rejecting this response because the statement from AVP is false. No one by the name of **************************** has ever lived at my home. More so, if this agent continues to state that their client lived at my address I will contact my legal counsel to send a cease and desist notice.i continue to reiterate that this insurance agent has allowed their client to use my mailing address which client has never lived at my home. The false statements must be stopped.
