Wagner restoration responded to our call immediately after hurricane Ian 2022 hit our port orange home. Exceptionally fair, honest, licensed and insured. Pulls all permits and seeks approval. Knowledgeable/ experienced. A great crew that knows what they are doing. Jason Wagner and his team are all friendly, courteous, honest, hard-working people. Water, restoration, drywall, teardown, and replacement with insulation, stucco repair. Existing floor and baseboard removal and new installation, Window work, interior/ exterior painting, pressure washing, all types of door work-replacement or repair of pocket door, bifold, or triple fold door, or patio sliders. Jason goes above and beyond all requests. He is responsive immediately, never misses your phone call, email or text. Works within budget, never pushy, always kind and respectful, open to suggestions, considerate and understanding of time and budget constraints, assuring under pressure, ability to know, recognize and address stressful situations. All work is professionally managed, overseen & inspected to meet the high expectations Wagner Restoration is proud of. Jason never brings or discusses his personal or personnel problems. His crew works constantly, is respectful, handles your belongings w care, and believe it or not they are not constantly on cell phones as they seem to know time is money. They are always professionally dressed, do not smoke on the job, works exceptionally well as a team and or independently. Jason and entire crew never balk at last minute changes, even if the requested changes were never prior discussed. If weather interferes with planned job, they do not stop work but goes on to Plan B. Jason has dependable access to all materials needed. There is so much more that can be attributed to Wagner restoration and it is all good.
