            I have been sending numerous of emails to the admin email, ****************, and ****************** on the whereabouts of my (******) and my wife's (********) official transcripts since receiving our Master Degree and Doctorate. in addition, I filled out the transcript release forms with the $15 payment for both my wife and I and it was returned to sender. All we want is our transcripts. How do you have degrees without transcripts?? This is very frustrating because our employment need education verification for new promotion position and new employment. This is ridiculous.

            I went to this school online and received the degree that I applied for. I have been trying to get 3 official copies of my transcripts sent to my address. I have mailed the form 2 times with return to sender marked on it saying insufficient address. I have faxed the same form 2 times and got no response and I have email the school over 10 times to get this resolved. I am taking a position as a teacher and need these transcripts immediately.

            Finished degree program in May of 2020. Send dozens of emails to school, administration, president ect. to receive official transcripts. I've had no response.

            The nature of the complaint is I have paid the business $2890 for my degree tuition and completed all requirements. I have sent repeated emails since March to the school requesting transcripts and degree and have not heard back from the school. Please contact the school and help me resolve this issue.

            I am seeking communication from Northwestern Theological Seminary to specify any course work that yet needs to be completed and, if all course work has been completed. I have sent several emails to the Admin office, Dr G****** for the last six months and no one has responded. I have paid in full and have nothing to show for it. I have tried calling and their phones are not working. I would like to either finish this or be refunded in full
