"As a customer, when you pay for a service, especially from a tax accounting firm, you expect them to handle your financial matters diligently and ensure that any liabilities are properly addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm, particularly with ******* ****, has been quite the opposite. Rather than taking responsibility and resolving issues as expected, there has been a tendency to shift blame onto the client. This is unacceptable, especially when solutions like insurance coverage are available for these situations. The lack of accountability and professionalism, coupled with the fact that the firm has very few reviews despite being in business for years, raises serious concerns about their credibility. I strongly recommend proceeding with caution if you choose to use their services, and its advisable to have a backup attorney ready."

For the past 7 years VP Enterprises (VP) has been an accredited business with the BBB with maintaining an A+ rating as well as 5 stars with Google. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding bookkeeping and accounting services to business owners and our record speaks for itself. This compliant is clearly from someone that is intentionally trying to do harm to our reputation. The audacity for this individual to write this with such malice when we did nothing but right to him and his businesses for years. Mr. ********* was once a client of VP along with his fiancé. They both had separate businesses and VP was contracted to handle their bookkeeping and accounting. Throughout their time here VP helped them open 4 businesses in the state of Florida. They came on board as personal friends of Mr. **** and was even provided a discounted price on our services. In the case of Mr. *********, he was a young entrepreneur that thought he knew better then the experienced team here at VP and did not like to follow the rules in which VP abides by in accordance to The G.A.A.P. (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). As accountants we can only take the financial information that we see and interpreted as either black or white. Mr. ********* wanted VP to finagle income, payroll, and wanted to create fictitious businesses not licensed with the state of Florida, but to run through his existing businesses. Mr. ********* also had an issue with paying the already discounted price for accounting services. So, VP and Mr. ********* ended our existing agreement and parted ways. Whenever a client moves on from VP we provide them a backup of their QuickBooks account, along with any and all original documentation and all logins and passwords that were created on their behalf. Thus, ensuring an easy and simple transition for the former client to provide their new accountant or bookkeeper. In weeks gone pass VP received numerous calls as to the passwords not working and for us to provide them copies of financial documentation that is all within their QuickBooks file. Keep in mind that VP archives all former client’s information and if any documents are requested VP will be happy to search and provide them a copy along with an archive fee. Please make note that VP sends all our clients copies of any filed financial documentation for their records. Again, VP prides ourselves in providing great customer service to all our clients past or present. VP provided the requested documents free of charge. VP then received calls from Mr. ******** on issues that he stated he had with the Florida Department of Revenue. Keep in mind that we were told that he had hired an accountant and that individual was handling the books. VP explained to Mr. ********* that he had all the copies of filings that were timely and that his new accountant should be able to handle that without issue. Mr. ********* stated that his accountant would charge him extra and that he felt that this was a VP issue. Once again with the fact that VP prides ourselves with providing great customer service and the personal relationship Mr. **** took it upon himself and handled the state issue that I may add was to no fault of our own, but an oversight on the part of the state. Mr. ********* was clearly taking full advantage of VP Enterprises, the personal relationship with Mr. Vega, as well as our client rules and code of conduct. This is an individual that has provided a 5 Google review to VP that read: “You want the best, HERE IS THE BEST! They will get you in the right direction, not expensive and just plain ole simple and friendly! How can you hate that!”. As we stated in the beginning of our response this individual is intentionally trying to do harm to our well-earned reputation and we are looking into our rights to reciprocate within our legal rights as we consider this slander.
