            They called my phone representing themselves as ******. They told me they will have my business advertise on major platforms. Because they were presented themselves as ****** I believed them paid them for a service. It was after I made the payment for the service they declare that they are not ****** and then they also lied and said they partnered with ******. The next day another representative call me and I told him right away that I do not want to complete the service I did my research and please refund my money back. I was told yes I will get my money back .The numbers they give do not work. No one will pick the phone up. And I truly believe that they are scammers. I would like my money back and also I'm going to let it be known what they're doing so they don't get other people tangled in this foolishness. The transaction happened January 2nd exactly January 3rd of 2025 11:00 a.m. I requested my money back and I still have not received it. I also emailed them from the email that's attached to my receipt no one has responded.

            To Whom it May concern, 

            In regards to Ms ********* ******** claim, We previously spoke with Ms ******** ******, and came to an understanding that she was not misled, however Ms ****** was upset and would not allow our customer service team to clarify the services that were rendered. We strive for excellent customer service and due to Ms ******** anger and response. On 01/06/2025 We issued a refund and have provided Ms ****** with proof of work being completed.             This company was paid by me on Aug 2nd to help my small business expand on voice search, after my initial call with one of their representatives he was very rude and unprofessional trying for me to send more money for an updated version of my original agreement. After many times of telling him I did not have the money for the extra cost of the upgrade he hung up on me without any warning. I have been calling their customer service with no answer and I would like a refund from them

            I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any calls from Southern Digital Marketing, I still want my refund as the service you supposedly provided has done nothing for my company. I have 2 phone numbers that were given to me for Southern Digital customer service and no one ever answers
