  Several areas of irrigation were damaged during install due to driving heavy machinery with 10 pallets of pavers being dropped on yard adjacent to work site. Owner assured this homeowner that the irrigation would be repaired and earth regraded and restored to original state. This was never done. Multiple irrigation lines were destroyed and land erosion was extensive. The more important issues was the concrete washout that was dispersed throughout the natural preserve area that surrounds the homes. This is a violation of Martin County environmental services. Signs clearly designate these areas as "no impact zones". Concrete is toxic and difficult to clean once introduced. There are multiple sites where this washout has been found. A concrete saw run without water for an entire workday, which buried all the plants and everything on our back porch, including all the decking around the pool, with a thick layer of concrete dust. Respirators were needed and many hours were spent cleaning this severe health hazard. Multiple phone calls, and voice mails have been left with no response. I explained that I would notify the BBB and a crew was sent to "fix" the problem. Still no contact with owner of company. No answer to phone calls and no reply to emails. The crew sent to clean up with unaware of most of the issues. they picked up 100 lbs blocks of concrete that were left in the soil. Then threw the rest further into the preserve, out of sight from the permitter. An environmental atrocity.
