            On 4/22/22 I brought items to our local dry cleaners. I picked up the order; one shirt had a visible stain on the front pocket. They took it back to redo it. I asked where the other shirt was. An expensive mens dress shirt. The 2 employees said that I shouldnt worry, that they will locate the shirt. After weeks of daily phone calls, then no return phone calls and being blocked, I stopped at the cleaners yesterday morning. The clerks were on speakerphone with each other. They asked me to join the conversation. ****, the afternoon clerk said that she had spoken to the woman in charge at the plant, but she never got a response. They called and added the owner to the call. They explained that the shirt hasnt been located since the beginning of May. The owner was not sympathetic. Her response was for me to fill out a form. I filled out that form on May. I posted on the Nextdoor Neighbor site. Within 24 hours I got 80 responses. Many complaints about this establishment. I brought up the picture of the shirt on the manufacturers website. I would like the shirt to be replacedeither find the shirt, order and replace the shirt, or reimbursement at its present price.

            This Dry cleaner lost my wife's dress. I understand that accidents happen.However, the owner has repeatedly failed to return my calls or talk to me when I have personally gone to the store. After 2 months, the owner finally left a note offering a store credit me a store credit of $90 for a $80 dress and the $15 payment I made via credit and for cleaning on 12/15/21.This dress was new, had only been worn once for a couple of hours and had never been cleaned.I understand that accidents happen, however, the owners unwillingness to even talk to me over the past 2+ months as well as her offer for only a store credit and her unwillingness to refund the cost of cleaning that I have already paid for via credit card is unfair.
